Nestled on the east end of 30A near Rosemary Beach, this exclusive community is a short bike ride to fine dining, shopping and year-round family fun at the new 30Avenue development. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We stayed with two other families and had a house full of adults and kids. The place was spacious for all to enjoy. Our favorite spots were coffee and cocktail hours on the porch!- Posted: 4/6/2024

The house was beautiful and very accommodating for my family!
The only bad thing was that on two different nights the pool became a very loud gathering for some teens and partying with loud music, jumping off the building into 3 feet of water and broke a beer bottle on side walk They did leave when I asked them to Both nights this occurred around 1:30-2:00 am. I do it feel that either of these groups were staying in our community. A better security system for the pool gates might be useful- Posted: 7/8/2023

Great family vacation!
Nice location, easy to get to beach and to Rosemary. Enjoyed the views and the overall layout of the home despite being 3 stories high. The pool was a very nice addition, too for the kids and grandparents. We would stay there again!- Posted: 5/31/2023

What a wonderful location this property was for our family vacation. Literally steps from the beautiful beach.
Check-in was quick and easy with all the information needed in one clear email. After check-in I received a call from RealJoy ensuring everything was up to par, and it was.

Excellent home in a great location! RealJoy was great to work with. The first morning we noticed the Keurig was broken and they had a new one for us by the next morning. This is an excellent place and We would definitely go back. Only complaint would be the beds in all rooms except the master are quite firm and towels are a bit hard to come by so you may want to bring a few extra. Perfect location and so fun for everyone. The chair rental made it easy to enjoy the beach daily.
We were here during our spring break and the quiet time rules were strictly enforced which was nice after a long day of the beach.
