Coastal Cottage is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The cottage features a spacious living area, 9 foot ceilings, a washer and dryer, and a shaded deck for enjoying the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! Families with children, or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in closet and ensuite bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with both a full and twin bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this cottage to sleep 9 guests comfortably. Take a stroll to one of the two pools, walk to your private beach, or try your hand at shuffleboard or tennis. No matter what you choose, you are sure to make long-lasting memories at Coastal Cottage.
Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Maravilla Cottages within Maravilla Resort offer guests privacy and space, while still allowing access to the fabulous amenities. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! You will also love the tennis courts, basketball court and the shuffleboard area. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Our stay was great! We traveled with family and planned daily meals which this place provided everything we needed such as pots and pans. Access to pool was walkable distance as well as to the beach. The private beach was about a 5 minute walk and not too packed! The community was family friendly and very safe if traveling with kids. Love this property it was right in the middle of everything only a 5 minute walk to the beach 2 minute walk to the pool 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping 30 min drive to crab island the house was very nice and clean kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook also had a small grill outside overall 10/10 for me- Posted: 5/14/2023

Girl's Trip 2022
The property was very nice and in a nice, convenient location. We had a small issue, where the master toilet had not been cleaned and the hall bath had water and towels in the tub, but it was resolved in a timely manner, upon contacting the management team. Other than that, everything was as it should have been and we would DEFINITELY stay at this property again. Loved staying here. It’s a very nice community and peaceful. I love how close the pool is. The beach is not as close as they say it is. It’s definitely a little walk but not too far. Everything was clean when we arrived . I enjoyed my time here a lot !- Posted: 9/9/2021
