On the first floor, guests will find two guest bedrooms, both with a queen bed and, both with patio access and a full bathroom, and a garage entry. The second floor features a master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Also on the second floor is a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, and a private balcony. Enjoy quiet mornings with a cup of coffee and the sea breeze on your private balcony or lower-level patio. You will find granite countertops, and stainless appliances in the kitchen on the 2nd floor. This upcoming resort-style community is in a PRIME location; just 3 blocks from the spectacular, emerald-green waters of Crystal Beach in one direction, yet walking distance from the Destin Commons Shopping Center in the other. Vacation rentals in this new community have a unique feel. Featuring a private, resort-like swimming pool, a private park area, and 6 miles of trails nearby, you'll find that 125 Crystal Beach is sure to be a family favorite!

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area, and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

10/10 experience. Property was easy to locate with GPS and check in was simple. Location was great and 5-20 minutes from everything we needed. Perfect fit for my family of 8. We came down with the family and this was a great location. Really close to Destin Commons with plenty of shopping close to all the grocery stores . About a 8-10 min walk to the beach which was good and the house comes with a wagon that really helped with that .
It was about a 15 mins drive to the boardwalk and other things etc on that end .
