Smaller unit, which we love- less crowds! Only 1 row of chairs!! Normally a ground floor unit doesn’t have a good view, but this view was the best of anywhere we’ve stayed. We will definitely be back!

There were no issues. Crystal Villas Unit A-3 was great for our 3 generations of 6 guests. Perhaps the sofa bed mattress could use an update. We found the rest of the stay "Real Joy". ?

This condo was absolutely perfect for my little family of four. The location of the property was amazing. It was literally just a few steps out the back/front door to reach the beach or the pool (and the view was phenomenal from the back door). Although we didn’t cook much here, it does seem to be pretty stocked with all your essential items. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again.

This place was very clean and had everything that we as a family of 5 needed. The pool was nice and the beach was amazing. We had a great stay. Two bathrooms were perfect with the best views. Stepped right out and had the beach. Spent lots of time on the porch. I can’t think of anything to complain about because it was great. Would love to rent here again.

We loved this property! Easy to access to the beach on ground floor. Didnt have to pack lunch to take down we just came up and grabbed it when we were ready. Very short walk and the condo was perfect!

My family absolutely LOVED this place. It was neat, clean and the location couldn’t be any better. Our kids loved being able to run right out to the beach everyday. There were even beach toys for them to use and board games for them to play. If we come back to Destin, we definitely would want to stay here again.

The place was super clean and cozy. Loved how it was decorated. They had extra pillows in closet. Lots of towels under sinks. Beds are very comfortable.Kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay. You just have to bring your food.They have 2 coffee machines you have to bring your coffee. Very nice location. Loved that they set up your chairs and umbrella. It was super quiet at night. We look forward to stay again when we’re in Destin.

Pictures don't do it justice just how close this condo is to the sand & salty water, within 200ft--so fabulous!! We don't normally choose bottom level, but wanted the ease in/out to the beach...totally worth it!! Very quiet & very clean <3

My family and I had an amazing vacation here!! Honestly from the reviews we were a little skeptical but I realized those were old reviews from last year and since then the place has be fully remodeled and it’s beautiful!! It was so clean and brand new! I loved how the backyard was the beach, that was the best part! We love to cook everyday when we stay at airbnbs and this kitchen was fully stocked which was great. My husband and I couldn’t believe how lovely this place was, we definitely will be booking here again and again because it’s that good!!

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed and well stocked with cookware, towels and bedding. The best was being on the first floor with a patio. We only had to walk a few steps to the beach access! I will definitely try to stay in this unit again!

This villa was a perfect proximity to the beach, maybe about 10 steps away. We really enjoyed mornings and afternoons on the patio. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was included and Zack the beach guy was great. Short walk to 2 really nice caffès and only a half mile from the main highway. Super close to the Destin Commons if you like shopping and close to the bowling alley.

We have stayed at this property before, but this is the first time we have stayed on the ground floor. That being said, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We were so close to the shoreline, it was fantastic! We loved it. It is an older property, but has been kept up pretty well. I highly recommend they fix the sliding glass doors, leading to the patio/beach. We inadvertently were locked out one chilly night. The property managers were very quick to rectify the situation. We definitely plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin at this property. It was really nice to be right on the beach and really be able to relax. We stayed right in the middle of spring break, and while there were families staying near the property, it wasn't loud with a bunch of spring break parties. The property is very clean and the management company stayed in contact with us leading up to our arrival. The umbrella and chair fee is $30/day whether you use the equipment or not, but it seems that all of the properties in that area seem to do the same thing. Also, helicopter rides go up and down the beach every day, so that might be a factor, but it didn't bother us.
