Perfect location,and view, tastefully decorated , kitchen complete with everything needed. We had to call maintenance for lack of hot water but was fixed promptly. Need to update carpet in bedrooms. Would definitely come back.

Went end of Oct/Nov no one was hardly there. Great weather 80. The only thing I wish is that the pool was heated.Great restaurants near by. Friendly locals!

It was really 10 star!! I’ve never experienced such treatment. They checked on us several times over our stay to see if we needed anything. The WiFi connection went out in the area totally out of their control and they brought us a Roku so we could have tv. They are the best & we will definitely be back!!

Perfect location, right on the beach! Boardwalk is easy access for wagons. Perfect place for kids too, as the pool is right downstairs. Unit was clean! Very up to date! Only recommendation would be an updated sofa bed! It was a little worn! Other than that, we loved everything! We will be back!

The condo is great and had everything we needed. The carpet in the bedrooms was a little worn but overall the condo looks great and just like the pictures. One of the reasons we chose this condo because it was a little further down the beach and away from a lot of the public access. That meant we had the beach pretty much to ourselves every day and the pool was fairly quiet too. There is still a service where you can rent beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Management company was very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again.

We were amazed how close the beach was and how easy it was to walk to. The kids were able to go back and forth between beach and pool which made it feel safe. Lots of space for all 6 of us to sleep comfortably.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Having the view of the ocean and quick access to the beach was great. It’s within a few short driving minutes to area attractions and dining. The pool was too cold to make use of but we did make use of the weight room and shuffleboard. I would stay here again.

Great property but out of date. Kitchen not stocked with all utensils. No brush for basting. Can opener didn't work. Coffee pot old and slow and didn't drip full amount of water. Toaster is a disgrace. Pool not heated. Loved it overall but they need to update. Gate to get into property had light burnt out so at night you couldn't see number pad and had to get your phone light out. They fixed gate but never the light. RealJoy was wonderful and helpful.

Only problem we had was gate code didn't work when we first got to property but they fixed it immediately.... Overall property was very clean, beautifully decorated, was everything it said it was. Would suggest you get a non stick frying pan. View was amazing .Very quiet neighborhood beach was not crowded lived our time at this property. We will definitely come back....

The views were awesome, the condo itself was nice, needs a little updating. I think they are attempting to at this time. The staff was very nice in the building and the young man with the chairs and umbrella is awesome. One small negative bathroom could be cleaner. Overall nice place.

Destin on the Gulf is a wonderful property to stay at. Being able to walk out the balcony door to see and hear the emerald green ocean and feel the warmth of the sun in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. In regards to the condo itself - it was clean but the bathroom floors could have used an extra sweeping/vacuuming upon arrival and the couches (specifically the pull out couch) need dire replacement. Though the listing states it sleeps 8, it's more like 6 as the pull out couch cannot be comfortably slept on for a week.

We booked this condo for a girls trip and it was as expected! Super conveniently located to town and great beach access. Our travel agent, Michelle, with realjoy was very prompt and helpful. The facility was small so it didn’t feel overly crowded but the condo was a great size! I just wish there would have been an ice maker and filtered water.

Condo was clean and spacious for our family girls trip. Great Beach access. I would echo previous reviewers comments to bring your own extra toilet paper and paper towels but I would also add to bring your own extra trash bags for the kitchen. We had a great trip, the beach and area was absolutely beautiful. We would like to return to this condo or condo complex in the future. Destin on the Gulf is a great complex small and simple and private with gated parking and beach access.

The check-in process was super easy. The only complaint I would have is that it is hard to find how to contact someone, which could be because I've never used vrbo before so it may be a user problem. The beach was beautiful and the location was peaceful and the property was well-kept. It was a bit on the small side for 6 adults and 2 kids but a family with 4 kids and 2 adults would be very comfortable and we were happy with it either way. I definitely recommend it.
