my First time booking with RealJoy Vacations but not my first time in Ft .Walton . The Condos were nice we were facing the pool and lazy river, and due to the hurricane had the lazy river( why I booked there) mostly to myself. Just a walk to the beach and a short drive to Destin. Had a problem with the lock box, getting in code wasn't working. But RealJoy responded quickly and sent someone and he arrived when promised. Enjoyed our stay. Will book again.- Posted: 9/28/2024

June Vacation Osprey 505
This is a very nice condo in a great resort. There was a lot of space to accommodate 6 adults and 2 kids. It wasn’t too crowded in any of the pools. and the time we had to wait more than a couple of minutes for an elevator was on Saturday morning when a lot of others were checking out as well. That wasn’t even too long of a wait considering one of the elevators wasn’t working.- Posted: 6/29/2024

Great condo! It accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. It could use some hooks anywhere in the master bath, but not a big deal. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs and wagon to use. The RealJoy staff was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Destin west resort is fantastic. Relaxing and beautiful!!
Our unit was roomy, clean, and had beautiful views! The staff works to keep the resort clean. The only complaint was the neighbors playing loud music and smoking so we’d smell it. It wasn’t crowded in May, but if it were, it may have been more tight quarters on elevators, pools, etc. But it was roomy in May!- Posted: 5/21/2024

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and perfect for what we needed. We had a little incident with the smoke detector battery chirping but they resolved it quickly! The only negative thing is that I had reached out asking if there was any beach equipment to which they replied no, but upon arrival there was a beach wagon, some chairs and beach toys in the front room closet. I wish I would have known that before purchasing my own. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would go there again!- Posted: 5/14/2024

Great place to stay, clean, inviting and pretty much everything you needed readily available --beautiful views from balcony--easy walk to the beach. The grandchildren, 6 and 8, thoroughly enjoyed the pools! We did set the dishwasher up to run as we left, and forgot to turn it on--my apologies! The only negative I can say is, the balcony furniture will need to be replaced soon--I spent all stay picking up the woven pieces that kept breaking off the chairs, and the patio chair pads also are in need of replacing, as they have flattened out. Otherwise it was a great stay--if only the weather had cooperated a little more! Thank you to the owner for making this beautiful place available!!- Posted: 3/28/2024

I highly recommend this place. Only negative is the pull out couch is terrible but they did have a queen size air mattress so it made up for it. And the dishwasher isn’t great but oh well. Also they don’t give you access to the gym but all the other condos go in (air b&b rentals) so just follow someone in the gym door you’ll be fine- Posted: 10/11/2023
