Welcome to Dragonfly Dreams 30A, a stunning three-story coastal retreat nestled in the charming Seacrest Beach neighborhood. After a day of sun and fun, unwind on the upstairs porch swing or relax in the spacious living room while watching your favorite movie. The family chef will be in paradise in the fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The first floor features Guest Bedroom 1 with a comfortable queen bed. On the second floor, you'll find the luxurious king master suite with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. There are also two additional guest bedrooms—Guest Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, and Guest Bedroom 3 with two twin beds. Head up to the third floor, where the kids will love the two sets of twin bunk beds and a convenient half bath. For some fun outside, take the family to the large community pool or hop on the seasonal tram for a quick ride to the gorgeous beaches. Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center with coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
