We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaints we had we had were there was no hot tub on the property and because of the position of our balcony we couldn’t watch the sunset. We enjoyed being away from the traffic of the pier park area. Would definitely stay again!

Real Joy was pleasant to work with! Kept us very informed. Loved the ease of check in. Condo was clean and has an amazing view! I do recommend taking the essentials with you. Two bathrooms but only one bathroom had a starter roll of toilet paper. This can be an issue with 3 girls! Loved the shopping carts for grocery runs. And yes I would have loved to have known about construction upon booking but overall a great stay!

View was amazing! Check in was a breeze! Condo was great! We cooked a lot. Not a lot of options for walking to eat out! Starters on the essentials, but only one bathroom had a starter roll of toilet paper. Bring your own essentials! Water was close most of the week and construction was going on but we had a good time! Loved the shopping carts available for taking up groceries! Would recommend!

RealJoy was very easy to communicate. When I needed to ask questions they gave us a phone number we can reach out quickly. One of the few places from Airbnb where the pictures were exactly like the place. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great condo that's right on the beach in a more quiet part of PCB. We loved the fact that it was easy to get to the pool which was between the building and the beach. The beach in front of the building was great because it was wide and flat, unlike some of the other beaches in PCB. The view from the balcony is amazing, but not necessarily private because of the way the building is shaped, but still it was great to enjoy our morning coffee. The only thing that didn't go completely smooth was check in because the office was closed when we got there (even though it was office hours) so we didn't know where to go. Fortunately we were able to talk to someone on the phone who told us which building to go to. The only other thing I'd mention is the fact that the king sized bed was SUPER soft, so if you need a more firm bed for back support like me, it wouldn't be great. Having said that, I'd still go back, we had a great week and really enjoyed the condo!

The location was great to get to where we wanted to go and less traffic near this location. The condo was clean and worked great for our stay. Wonderful views of the ocean. We cooked at the condo many times and the cookware could be better but I understand it would be hard to keep it in great condition with so many people using it. The pool was open late and that was great and they kept everything around the condo clean. The fitness room was a little small but I used it a couple times during our stay and it worked for my needs. Would consider this location again for future stays.

The place was beautiful, easy access to the beach and had plenty of room. Spent most of our time on the balcony instead of indoors when hanging out. Easy drive to everything. Only Bad thing I could say is they need new beds in both rooms. Would love to stay here again.
