Edgewater 2-404 is a gorgeous 1 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf Front condo nestled on the 4th floor of Tower II at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. This beautiful condo features floor to ceiling beachfront views, a spacious balcony, updated kitchen including granite counters and stainless steel appliances! With a king bed in the master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, this gorgeous condo sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. This Condo was even better than the photos. It was everything we hoped for and more. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The layout of the condo was perfect for two people. We had the best experience celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary in beautiful condo with superb views. My wife and I had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! The room and view were amazing and the grounds had plenty to do! We loved the condo and the restaurant they have was perfect with a beautiful sunset! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice. Looks like the photos. Perfect for a couple. It is managed by Real Joy and there is zero flexibility on check-in/out times, but they do state that in the description. If you arrive early, just know that they will not bend. We did have a great time and enjoyed our stay, as Edgewater Resort has some great amenities as well.- Posted: 8/3/2024

We had an incredible time staying here! The condo is beautiful, and the view from the balcony is everything I wanted and needed to relax and unwind from all the stresses life can bring. Beautiful views! The place is as described and right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk right to the beach and the many pools available to us. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There is also a small store located within the property gates where you can buy items that you might’ve forgotten. I stayed in Tower 2-404. They have an easy way of communicating your needs via text and someone responds within minutes. We were able to obtain clear instructions of check in and check out, maintenance services, and general questions answered via this route. I only disliked needing to buy our own trash bags, seasonings, and laundry supplies for such a short stay. Other than that the stay was impeccable.- Posted: 5/28/2024

I love this place. Everything about it is exactly what I was looking for. The location, beach view, easy to get to beach, pools. The unit itself is beautiful, roomy, bed is very comfortable. Amazing!
I was very pleased with the condo, clean and very comfortable. I sent an email saying I thought they might need to look at the hot water in primary bathroom, and within a couple of hours there was a knock at the door. WOW, I was not expecting that kind of service. View was amazing and I was very impressed!! Will be booking again!- Posted: 8/31/2023

We loved every minute of it. Sent an email saying that they might want to check out hot water in the primary bathroom not realizing that they would send someone over to check it out. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This is a beautiful home with a stunning view. Exactly as described. The full kitchen and washer/dryer added so much ease to our vacation. Private beach access, multiple pools/spa’s to choose from, and a splash pad for our young children made for relaxing days without leaving the resort. Couple get away

The unit was clean and spacious for our needs. Had a spectacular view from the balcony and bedroom windows. Enjoyed the movies by the pool. We only had one issue with no hot water in the master bedroom shower, but yet the other shower was very hot almost no cold water or medium. We did mention it and we were gone the day it was to be fixed. If it was looked at it still didn't run hot. So hopefully that will be fixed before next visitor! Great stay & wonderful condo
We generally try to stay at Edgewater because we absolutely love it. We couldn't have been happier with this condo. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that the condo got a little hot at night (you can't drop the air below 70°.) So we grabbed a small fan and it was perfect.
