Accommodations were just as pictured and communication was excellent. The condo and entire complex was beautiful, just as pictured, and we were impressed with cleanliness throughout the entire resort. Great location and view from the balcony. The staff on site were so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely rent the space again!

Everything was perfect! Great beds, beautiful furniture and very clean. We stayed about 10 times and this condo was the most beautiful! Thanks for allowing us to have a fantastic experience.
There was a water issue in the entire building and RealJoy did a great job communicating with us.

The condo was super clean and beautifully remodeled! There were gorgeous ocean views from multiple windows and sliders. 4th Floor was just high enough to have an amazing ocean view! Had a large open kitchen, comfy beds- would come back again!!

Amazing location( so many shops and places to eat out ) pools were amazing! The size of the lagoon pool was awesome and the amount of pool side chairs. Beach is literally steps away and luckily wasn’t packed at all when we went. The room had an outstanding view and the upgrades were BEAUTIFUL! Without a doubt a hard resort to beat for our family, will absolutely be back! Already talking about next year!

Zero elevator wait. Parking was easy with minimal walk distance anywhere you park in front of each tower. We will stay at the Edgewater again and hopefully at this particular unit. Everything is brand new essentially and very thoughtfully put together (tvs for each bunk bed). And the shower in the master bedroom is the jackpot of hotel showers. Thanks for an exceptional PCB experience. We will recommend and stay again for sure.

Exceptional room. Everything is essentially brand new and very thoughtfully designed throughout (even has individual tvs in each bunk bed). Can’t say enough about how nice the unit was and paired with a nice family oriented place is hard to find. Zero elevator wait. Convenient parking with minimal walk no matter where you park. Just a 5 star experience over all.

This condo was amazing. It was freshly renovated and everything was super nice. We have been going to Edgewater for more than 25 years and I do have to say that this is the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. It was clean and everything was as it should be. Quick Thanksgiving getaway! We enjoyed our stay, property was beautiful the furniture selection was different from photos in listing but still nice. Had a minor hiccup with the front door locking mechanism but RealJoy answered immediately and I was able to fix the issues myself. I would visit this property again and again Kudos!!

We’ve been coming to Edgewater annually for over 10 years now and I have to say this condo is hands down the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It’s been recently completely renovated and everything top to bottom is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, my kids were obsessed with the bunk beds with individual tvs in each bunk, kitchen was amazing. We can’t say enough good things about how wonderful the condo is. We definitely be staying in this condo next year.

I booked this property for myself and 2 of my daughters and my 6 month old granddaughter to stay in for spring break. From arrival to departure our stay was incredible. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable that everyone had room for their things, some privacy, and time together. The view in the living/kitchen area is absolutely gorgeous! The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking to say the least. The master bath was amazing and all 3 of us older females had to use the awesome shower! We had an issue with the other bathroom when we first arrived and called the property management and they sent help right away and were so nice and easy to deal with. The property is close to everything you could want or need, the pools were fun, and the beach was beautiful and clean. I would definitely take my family to stay at this property again in the future. We didn’t want to leave!!!!

Beautifully renovated condo with incredible wall to wall views of beach. 2 bedrooms with a set of bunks outside that have tv’s built into nooks. Brand new appliances, washer/dryer for towels etc. Lovely quartz countertops in kitchen stocked with everything. (You do need to bring your basics for a longer stay - paper towels/toilet paper/hand soap). The master shower is excellent, everyone loved the tile work throughout. Lots of seating. Big tv. The resort has golf/heated pool/tennus/basketball etc. Loved it! ????

The.condo was very nice. No problems checking in or out. Was disappointed that the resort pool and hot tub for our building was closed but can use other buildings hot tubs. The only issue with condo is the TV buffers a lot. Also would suggest getting regular dresser in bedroom that has the cabinet that tips over. Overall would rent again. Had real good ocean view.

Great washer and dryer unit. The primary shower was amazing. My boys loved all of the features. We would definitely stay here again!

I wanted a weekend getaway for my wife's birthday with friends. The condo was clean and provided wonderful views of the beach and sunsets from the almost anywhere in the main living area and patio.

We enjoyed the condo very much. There were a couple of issues but not anything to bad. When we arrived the parking pass was missing. After calling they had it delivered very quickly. The screen on the shower panel doesn't work right sometimes, thankfully it doesn't effect the shower itself. The shower is wonderful. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Also the hand held shower head holder needs to be tightened up, it falls over when the water is turned off. The pillows and mattresses were not exceptional but still nice. I slept just fine. Everything appeared very clean. The color scheme was pretty and relaxing. Well decorated but still simple. The balcony could use a small table and set of comfortable chairs instead of the low plastic chairs. I loved the dining table and chairs, they were very pretty and also comfy. It also has a great view. We did not cook but if we had, it looked like anything we would have needed was available and clean. The balcony, even though a bit on the smaller side compared to others, was still plenty big. From the balcony you could see the pool and waterfall directly under you, and very far in either direction. From the couch and chairs you could easily watch tv, the beach, or my favorite, the beautiful sunsets beside the Pier. We thank you for keeping such a nice and clean condo. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others too.

I Fell in love with this property; made things so smooth to go straight to the beach. Definitely worth every penny, the property was so beautiful & Loved that Ocean front view. The property was breathtaking; I will highly be recommending this property & try to keep booking this exact property (apartment). The apartment was so modern & Amazing; Gorgeous!
