Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms.

This beachfront home was perfect for my large family wih 6 bedrooms. The house was bright and airy and the view from the kitchen and living room was stunning. The beach wasn't too crowded and the best part is it is in walking distance to the pier and Pier Park with all the shopping. It was perfect so everyone had something to do whether it be go the beach, lounge at the beach house, fish at the pier or shop at Pier Park. The only knock I have is this is an older home that was rennovated and the kitchen cabinets and appliances shows it. But, evrrything worked which is what really matters. Everyone in my family enjoyed their stay here. You really won't be disappointed staying at this beach house.

House was clean and ready for us as we arrived. Any issues we had like slow drain or ice maker someone was a there promptly to make repair. The house is older and has been nicely updated. It is perfect for a family with all ages. Open plan with a great deck and easy access to the beach. This was our second time to stay here and we hope to stay here many times in the future!

This was a first attempt for my family to have a “one dwelling,” beach vacation. It was perfect! We had two 5 year olds, one 7, two 17, one 18 and two 19 year olds. Then their parents. The location serves all well and the home is beautiful!

We stayed here for Thunder Beach 2024 and had the perfect location! Was able to walk to bars and restaurants easily, and being on the main drag during bike week was very entertaining. The huge windows overlooking the beach was so beautiful and the house wasn’t far from the shoreline; easy walk. The house was spacious and very accommodating. We plan on staying here again next year. Great spot!!

This was a great place to stay with a group of friends. Everything from the booking process to checking out was great. The house itself was in a good location and was in good shape. It had beach chairs for us to use a long with a cooler. We will definitely choose this house again when we return to PCB.

We loved the house. It was very welcoming and accommodating for our group of 12. Master bedroom was a nice layout. Water pressure was awesome. Kitchen is perfect for all of to gather. Pros: stand alone ice maker, floor to ceiling windows allows for fantastic views, couches very comfortable, private beach entrance always a plus. Cons: had to unstop sink in master bath, had to empty vacuum from previous guests, guests stated upstairs beds are very creaky and disrupted sleep, found the road noise to be a nuisance when in master bedroom. Suggestions: provide a squeegee to clean windows to optimize view and maybe better cookware. We very much enjoyed our stay which made it worth the steep rental cost.

We had a great time. The view was amazing and we even had a sea turtle lay her eggs in front of the house while we were there. The rooms were all a nice size and we enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, den and eating area. The only negative I would say is there were several broken and cracked chairs on the deck.

We had 15 stay for 4 days to celebrate 30th and 60th birthdays. The management was great. The property was as advertised and awesome! Everything was really great, particularly the weather. This house has the most beautiful view of the ocean and it sits directly on top of a beautiful beach. Traffic was terrible but that's to ne expected when you're so close to everything Panama City has to offer. It could stand to be repainted on the exterior but this house is perfect otherwise.

We loved most aspects of the house. The deck is great. On the days it was cool on the beach we were able to enjoy sitting on the deck looking out onto the beach. We loved being a 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants. The house was clean. However, it's greatest asset is also the area of concern. The house sits right on Beach Front Road and for someone who is a "lite sleeper" (like myself) the road noise in the front 4 bedrooms could be an issue. If you are lite sleeper you should take some earplugs and a sound machine. With that said, we would definitely rent this house again.

I booked this place for all of my family to stay at for my Mom's 60th Birthday. We had age ranges from 3-60 and everyone loved it! There were 14 of us and the house was the perfect size, with beds to spare. It was the perfect location and I just can't say enough positive things to express how great this place was for the family! If I HAD to say anything I would have changed, it would be that the housekeeper should leave extra toilet paper in the restrooms, extra kitchen garbage bags, and the toaster needs to be replaced because it's next to useless. But that's the worst I can come up with, so you can see how nit-picky I had to be to come up with those things. I would absolutely recommend this place!

First of all the location is perfect! If you are sensitive to noise when sleeping you should take a noise canceling machine to block it our because with the great location comes street noise. Second, their is a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean as soon as you walk in the front door. Breathtaking! And last but not least the house is beautiful! Everything you could imagine needing and so very clean. My only negative is we needed some extra blankets for the cold natures people and loungers would be great to lay out on the deck. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Location was amazing, just a few steps to the beach (you just walk from the patio right on the beach), with great views, as seen in pictures. House was very clean, and very spacious, host was great, very quick to respond if anything is needed. We would love to come back in the future, highly recommend it.
