Overall great place! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit & 4th time in this condo. We did have a small issue with the dryer getting rust stains on two shirts. We reported it to the property manager who responded promptly but I don’t believe anyone ever came out to look at the dryer.

Great rental close to the beach! RealJoy was very proactive sending check in & check out instructions. Easy to understand and had no problems. Would highly recommend them and will use them again for future stays. The condo was clean and nicely decorated! Only downside is utilizing public beach access ~ very busy and congested. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our stay!

Our family spent a week in Destin. This rental was perfect for our needs! 1st Floor, patio access to the pool, and beach access directly across the street. The price was great, it was decorated well and we loved having a washer/dryer available. Our 4 four year old is begging to go back.

Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 across from the beach! Our favorite area of Destin! Very clean! Staff was great at communicating with emails to check on our stay! Patio leads directly to the pool & hot tub, so no walking at night to the pool area, which was nice! We enjoyed swimming laps & getting in the hot tub anytime, just steps away! Pool maintenance cleaned the pool every morning, very clean! Beds were comfortable & slept well! Relaxing mother-daughter trip!

Nice condo overall, location was great to the beach, unit was clean. Could use update of flooring in the bedroom carpet/rug was very worn (had better days) and bathroom shower area needs either new door to complete or the one glass door taken out and shower curtain used solely. But all in all would stay in this unit again, so not entire deal breakers.

We used to own a unit in GCW for 20 years, so we are very familiar with the area. We loved 106. 1st floor pool side. Easy loading and unloading. GCE and GCW are centraly located so easy access of Destin, San Destin, beaches, restaurants and pool.

Awesome place to stay worth every penny. As advertised the Beach is about less than a minute walk across the street from the property. The pool & hot tube was right outside our back patio, major plus. Everything from restaurants to shops are about 10-15 drive. We were a family of four with two teens & two adults. There is a washer and dryer and other cleaning supplies which was useful. The only things I found strange was they ask you not to set the AC below 71, they only provide one set of bath towels (stayed 5 days), they didn’t provide extra trash bags. Oh and don’t forget to place these parking placards that are provided in the room. We were told without them you’d be towed immediately (Dang!) . Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at Grand Caribbean East several times over the years. The location is perfect, the complex is quiet. The condo was perfect for our family - ground level meant easy access to the pool. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed for the first part of our trip. I think it was because of a chemical imbalance. Randy the maintenance guy did a great job of keeping us updated and worked hard to get the pool open. Two thumbs up, we will be back!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. The pics are an accurate description of property. The proximity to the beach and pool cannot be beat. The property is clean and has been well maintained. Some upgrades needed--new pots and pans due to misuse, bedroom ceiling fan needs to be cleaned, wifi did not work, and cable did not work in the living room (I reported soon after check-in, but nothing was done).

We’ve stayed at the grand Caribbean east and west maybe 3 times now and this was our favorite so far... ground floor and can walk right out to the pool. Right across the street from the beach. Only negatives - most places supply at least one dishwasher and laundry detergent, they had the 2 dishwasher but no laundry- might have been nice to provide at least one. Shower door was off track but I fixed easily, and tub drained slow but I assumed from everyone priors sand so we just dealt with it for the week. Would definitely rent again! Thanks!

Great condo for a family of four. It was right by the pool so the kids could just pop out and swim. The condo was decorated very cute! We loved the master bedroom. Nice big clean bathroom. I don’t really have anything negative to say about. If you plan on cooking a ton the kitchen may be a little small, but totally doable. We loved the place! Would rent again!

This property was perfect for my family and our needs. It was easy access to beach, clean, and the property itself was the perfect size. Even during spring break it did n my get to rowdy or loud. We were on first floor unit which made it easy for My mother in law who has a walker...save yourself some time from the searching and just book now!! You’ll be glad you did.
