Overall the experience was great! Location was great! Would have liked to have access to beach chairs, umbrella, floaties without having to pay per day or buy own just to leave for someone else since could not take with us. That would hav made the stay perfect.

Everything was great only issue is I was told checkout was at 10am and housekeeping came knocking on door at 8:30am to clean I felt like she was pushing us out.

Perfect spot, 3-5 min walk to beach. nice size bedroom, bunk beds and sleeper sofa. Real joy was easy to communicate with and very responsive to every message. Def will use again.

Life is definitely good at Grand Caribbean West #106!! What a great experience we had and will highly recommend to our family and friends! Your location is perfect for beach access, dining, lounging poolside and just feeling safe while taking our morning and evening strolls! The accommodations were so welcoming and relaxing … very clean and well stocked with all the amenities one needs for a comfortable and relaxing stay! Reservations, check-in and check-out were so easy and quick! Thank you for providing a wonderful experience … and we will be back!! ?

We stayed on the 3rd floor and nice overlook towards the beach. Very easy to walk across street to get beach access. The heated pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Would have no issue staying here again.

It was great for our family. Elevator would have been nice. But can't complain. When we needed things shopping wasn't far away. The walk to the beach was great. And having a washer and dryer there was fantastic. We shut the air off and enjoyed the weather while we were there. Sat on the balcony and relaxed. Spent time in the heated pool was awesome.

Our pool code didn’t work when we first arrived but it was taken care of right away with a quick response. Everything was great. Very good views of the gulf. The property was close to shopping and dining establishments but far enough away that you didn’t get the crowds of people. Public beach access was right across the street and the beaches were not overcrowded at all. Would defiantly recommend. We traveled with two young kids and it was perfect!

Great location across the road from the beach and just a few blocks from Destin Commons. It was very quiet and peaceful. There is a partial gulf view from the balcony but it is obstructed by palm trees.

The property was very nice and clean. Very convenient that it was right across from the beach. The beach access was only a few steps up and down the stairs so that was a huge plus especially with small kids. Loved it.

We had an horrible experience checking in because it prompted a strict time . When arrived earlier around 2 am and had to stay at a motel 6 the morning we arrived , due to the policy for checking in and out .

During this unprecedented time, it is nearly impossible to have an early check-in or late check-out because cleaning crews and inspectors need time to prepare units for incoming guests. Normally codes for doors, gates, pools, etc. are provided by email to renters before they arrive. We apologize for the inconvenience caused at check-in. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

We loved the condo, and the location was great. RealJoy was seamless with the experience - good proactive communications along the way and the door code arrived as expected. Some reviews commented about the palm trees obstructing the view, but the branches were cut way back when we were there, so they weren’t even really noticeable. Great view!!

Overall 5 out of 5 stars. This was my first time at a "beach front" property. We were only one street away but let's not split hairs. The property was spotless and fit me and my 3 friends comfortably. We would definitely stay at this property or another RealJoy.
