Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Wow! Absolutely beautiful property, especially for the price. The master bedroom is comfortable, the location directly in the beach is so convenient, and the quality of furniture made relaxing effortless. Lots of room (two bathrooms, lots of beds) for a good size family and very nice appliances. We loved our stay and check-in and out was a breeze. ?- Posted: 6/7/2021

Grandview East condo
We love the location of Grandview East because it’s right on the beach and we could hear the ocean from the balcony of the condo. The condo is very well equipped with lots of kitchen cooking items, hair dryers in the bathrooms and a fabulous washer and dryer. Grandview East condos are very spacious and the wait for the elevators isn’t bad at all since it’s not a huge building.- Posted: 7/6/2020
