Beautiful views from balcony with amazing sunsets and gorgeous beach. Perfect stay for our group. Loved that it had a big bath tub and separate shower in Master bedroom. Kitchen worked well. Other than a few cracked floor tiles and an older worn down dining table, the place was wonderful. Location is ideal.

Had a wonderful time. Loved our room it was clean and well keeped beds were very comfortable. Felt safe with security being there. Will definitely be back in the fall.

Great place, it was a tiny bit dirty in some places other than that it was a great stay, exactly what we wanted. Looking forward to coming bacc.

We really enjoyed our stay, we contacted the host several times with questions before our stay, as well as a problem we had with adjusting the thermostat. the host replied promptly, and resolved the issues we had. The location is great, the building is clean. the only suggestion I would have is for the host to have more towels, there was 8 of us and there wasn’t enough towels for all of us. Other than that the beds were comfortable, clean sheets. Check in was without problems.

We had a lil hiccup where the kids bedroom door was stuck….and it was my babygirl’s birthday (she turned 2). They were stuck in the room and in full panic mode. I contacted RealJoy and IMMEDIATELY an agent arrived and got the door open. He concluded that it was a construction issue and would have it fixed the following day. After being advised that it was our daughter’s birthday, he stated that he will also bring her a gift for the trouble the following day. He did!!!! My daughter was so surprised and excited! My husband and I was in complete shock because we couldn’t believe he kept his word. My only regret is that I didn’t get his name to give him the proper recognition he truly deserves. Overall the condo is awesome and definitely made us feel right at home as a family. Thank you again Real Joy and our next vacation reservation will definitely be made with you guys.??

Loved the location and views. Great space for 8 people! It needs a little upgrading on beds and couches, very soft and worn out. As well as the pans in Kitchen and no more nonstick on them . Microwave was missing a handle. Living room was missing mirror on the wall, just nails on the wall

It had a beautiful view of the ocean. The building didn't seem overly crowded at all. The door to the stairs wouldn't open, many times we wanted to avoid the elevator and could not.

We had a great time. The condo was nice and stocked fairly well in the kitchen. Be sure and bring trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, cleaning supplies, spices to cook with. The kids enjoyed plenty of beach time!

Although we were under 21 they worked with us and treated us with respect. We in turn took care of the property and were able to receive our full deposit back. Not many places rent to under 21 year olds. Pools could have been bigger, but we knew they were not big. Concerts on the beach were great, but main acts did not perform many songs. Most everything was really good, can't complain to much about our stay.

The condo was just as it was described. It was very clean but I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness because some windows were dirty and ones that were cleaned were streaky. The comforter in the main bedroom was clean but old and stained. We also did not have any trash bags. Otherwise great condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will come again!

The location was great. It was very clean and accommodating of our group of 8. The guy that mans the lot could have been friendlier especially when it came to directing us on where to park etc! I really didn’t like the fact that if you rent a golf cart for your stay, you cannot park it in the parking lot. So that was frustrating.
