Grayton 91

We stayed at 91 Grayton for my daughter’s wedding. The home was very clean and had plenty of room. Having 4 bathrooms is always a plus. Everything we needed was ready for us. My sister also had a home on the same street and it was just as awesome. The pool is beautiful. We were contacted by text and email multiple times to make sure we were doing well. You can walk a very short distance to a shuttle to get you to the beach in about 3 minutes . I highly recommend this home. 5 stars!!

Great time by all. House was clean and nice and gorgeous. Has one small funny antic. My 2 yo grandson locked himself in the downstairs powder room. Called RealJoy and a maintenance worker showed up in about 4 minutes. Even the weather cooperated....

My family of five and friends had an amazing stay for our spring break! This house was conveniently located to the free tram, shopping and restaurants. The tram rooms us straight to the beach where there were several amazing restaurants, snow cones and games. The house was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Staff communication was top notch as well! This was a great vacation for my family!

Amazing location and house! Staff was very responsive with a toilet issue upon arriving. I was very impressed with their communication and timely response. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Home is absolutely beautiful and clean! Location was so convenient to free transportation, shops and restaurants. We had an amazing spring break!

A nice big airy house in a great location and easy walking distance to a number of good bars and restaurants. The house is better equipped than shown on the details and the kitchen is spacious and well laid out. Grayton Beach is a nice place with a mixture of lively bars and some quieter restaurants - it is much nicer than any where else we visited along the coast during our four weeks stay.
There is a free shuttle service about five minutes walk from the house which goes to the beach and some more bars and restaurants. The beach has to be seen to be believed - miles of pure white sand.
There is still a bit of building in the road which causes some noise during the daytime, presumably this will be finished relatively soon.
Real Joy - the agents, are generally very responsive in sorting out any issues. They took a bit of time sorting out the internet but it's fixed now! Speeds of 100mbs+ throughout the house.

We had a wonderful trip to Grayton Beach and this house was a highlight. We didn’t have to contact anyone at any point with issues. The location was close to shops and restaurants but still out of the congestion of Seaside and Destin. The perfect location for us!

The condo is lovely and has lots of room. Decor is modern and bright. We were able to walk and bike to restaurants. Condo rental comes with four bicycles, which was awesome. You can bike to the beach in a few minutes. We had one mishap, though. The bedroom with the four bunk beds has a ceiling fan that is too close to one of the upper bunks. The fan is new and fast and hit one of my kids in the head and cut her head. It bled a lot, but thankfully did not require stitches. I couldn’t find any contact info for the host, presumably because it is owned by a rental company, and no one returned my email. Hoping they remove this fan because it is clearly a hazard!

This is hands down the nicest place I've ever seen let alone stayed in. The house was immaculate and had every possible amenity. The bikes were a treat. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was quiet, and close to several awesome places to eat as well as the beach. We had a wonderful time!

This place is beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for our group of 7 from AZ, AK and NC. It’s close to the beach, state park and awesome restaurants. The bikes included were fun and came in handy everyday of our stay. If you have kids note that helmets are not provided and FL requires kids under 16 to wear them. Upon arrival we noticed that one shower had sand in it and later realized that the drain was clogged. It was repaired the next day but it was still disappointing since there is a substantial cleaning fee. Kitchen essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, coffee filters etc are not provided. It’s in the listing, we missed it. It’s inconvenient for travelers coming from far off places. All in all we had a great vacation in beautiful Grayton Beach.
