This was the third year in a row that we have stayed in this beautiful condo - the upgrades were nice. We added two of my friends to the old lady crew and they loved the condo just as much as my mom, her friend and I do. Once again, the weather was perfect for balcony sitting at all hours of the day. PCB was pretty quiet this year with the bikers leaving the day after we arrived, so the condo and the surrounding areas were not too busy. Walt was wonderful in answering my early check in questions, and when he sent a sweet girl up to bring us more towels and check on a couple of issues. God willing, we will be back next year.

This is our second year in a row in this rental and it won’t be our last! I was already in love with my first stay but they have since done a beautiful renovation on it! It’s so calm and beautiful and feels luxurious but still cozy. We couldn’t have been happier. Right on the beach which is a dream with small kids. The pools are amazing and there’s a great coffee shop/food truck/smoothie bowl place a few min down the road. 10/10 must stay

Our stay was amazing! My family and I visit each year and stayed at a lot of condos. The staff here was professional, responsive, and always happy to greet you. Security is grate, you feel safe, but not over policed on your vacation. Definitely will be back next vacation season!

Beautiful condo on the 21st floor. The views from the balcony were incredible. The location was great. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants with ease. The tiki bar on site was a nice surprise. They served some food and drinks. We had a minor issue with the TV, but RealJoy responded very quickly and had someone there to try to fix the issue. I would highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back as soon as possible!

This corner unit was amazing! The interior is beautifully furnished and decorated, perfect for an upscale beach house vibe. However, it's the view that sold us. It's gorgeous! We would highly recommend this experience for a wonderful Gulf Coast vacation or getaway.

I stayed in condo 2107A last year with my mom and her friend and we loved it, so I booked it again. My 87 year old mom and her 80 year old best friend LOVE the condo and so do I. It's beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Three couples and a child or two would fit perfectly. It would work for a girls week/end too. I feel that it is located out of the crazy busy part of PCB, but still not too far from everything. Even with Bike Week going on, it wasn't hard to get wherever we needed to go. The pools are wonderful (one heated, one not). Check in this year was easy breezy and done online. The internet was spotty last year, but worked like a charm this year. The beds in 2 rooms are TALL, so if you are on the shorter side, bring a small step to get into bed. I brought one for my mom this year. I could go on and on about how much I love this condo, but I will stop. God willing, we will be back next year!!

Absolutely beautiful views from this high-rise condo, we felt like millionaires in a penthouse during our stay. Beach access is very easy, and the building has nice amenities including pools and hot tub. There were several restaurants within walking distance but we ended up cooking all our meals in the nicely equipped kitchen with All Clad pots and pans! And did I mention the views from the balcony? This condo is a little pricey but well worth it.

This property was very clean & nicely decorated. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The condo is located further down from the main strip, but we found the location to be very convenient with just a short drive to Publix & Walmart. There is a little shop right in front within walking distance, too. Beach was not overly crowded either, which is more typical when staying on or close to the main strip. We are already trying to plan our next trip & would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful trip! The condo itself had breathtaking views, super clean & fit our group of eight comfortably. Only down fall was our kitchen lights did not work..but then was totally fine, we had the curtains open most of the time anyways. Over-all 10/10 recommend

Great place to stay! We had two families consisting of four adults, three teens, and two children. We felt like we had plenty of room for our stay.
The view is breathtaking! The kitchen had everything needed for making meals. The beds were comfortable. It was decorated so nicely. We enjoyed the snack bar by the pool to for a mid day beach snack. Definitely try the pizza (by the slice or whole pie) from the little strip mall right in front of the building. Two secure parking spots were provided. Had a great week! Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest. The beach was gorgeous and the property was well-maintained. The unit itself appeared to be newly renovated, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the condo was spacious for our travel group of 4 adults and 2 children. We had a few minor issues during our stay (the shower drain was clogged when we arrived, and the oven stopped working half-way through our stay), but both times management was very responsive and had the issue fixed before the end of the day. The only unavoidable issue we had was the road noise/club noise from the night club across the street. It was very loud in the street-facing bedrooms. Thankfully this was only a problem on Saturday evening…the remainder of our stay was quiet. We will definitely be back to this wonderful condo! Incredible sunset views and a stunning beach just a few steps away from the elevator.

Our stay was fabulous! Great space nicely decorated and clean. Lots of extra items available such as pantry condiments, etc that were not expected. We didn't even use any of them. But nice they were avail. Great sturdy dishes and cookware to use. Also sound machines in all rooms! The view from the corner unit is Ahhmazing. It worked perfect for our group of 6. Originally we had possible 8 which it would have worked just as well for. Only thing is the listing showed a king AND a queen bed in one of the rooms. Although there was not. Guess it just didn't match pics. I'm sore just a typo. There were King beds in all three bedrooms which was wonderful. Bunks in kitchen area (like a closet was converted). Only like an 11 min drive to pier park and MS Newby's was right in fr of Gulf Crest Condo's. Lots of activities minutes from condo but bit we visited in off season so check first. We were playing baseball and we're pretty busy most of the time.Would definitely stay again!

I took my 86 year old mom and her 80 year old best friend with me on my annual fall trip to the Emerald Coast. I chose this condo because of the three bedrooms and the wrap around balcony and it did not disappoint. The condo looked just like the pictures, as did the balcony. The beach view is breath taking. Two of the beds are tall, so be prepared to catapult into them if you are on the shorter side. The internet was very spotty when we tried to watch tv, but it did nothing to ruin our vacation. My mom and her friend found shows to watch when they weren't on the balcony. They were plastering the pools, one at a time, when we arrived. It was a minor inconvenience that we were able to live with. It was really nice when the heated pool was done and I was able to enjoy 2 full days in it. Check in process was easy. Check out process was easy. Great rolled ice cream shop in front of the condo. The location of the property was so easy to navigate all around. I highly recommend this property and I would rent it again.
