The Gulf Place community is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its own distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods. Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music and a laid back atmosphere.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. We had a great stay at Gulf Place! Our trip was a quick weekend to relax and the location of the condo was great. The beach access entrance was right across the street and the pool and hot tub were very nice and close by, as well as shops and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Great location, private beach access across the street. Next door to several great restaurants you can walk to. The place had everything you needed in the kitchen. The floors are a little loud to walk on (cracking noises with each step), you can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, and you might need to bring more toilet paper. Second year staying in this exact condo and 4th year staying in this complex/area. We are pleased every time with the cleanliness of the unit and the ideal location - close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We do end up having to buy extra toilet paper and paper towels every visit, as they don’t provide many given the amount of people who can stay there. The tv was difficult to operate (think the remote was bad), other than that our stay has been a real joy every time!- Posted: 8/21/2022

Excellent location, clean condo
This unit was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family of four adults. Very walkable to the beach with a pool and heated spa. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, huge ref, oven and dishwasher. There’s a blender to make smoothies. And, eating out is no problem as there are restaurants nearby. Nice condo!
Gulf Place Caribbean 204 was nice and spacious. I came for an extended Thanksgiving and ended up alone, which gave me way more room than I needed. But I enjoyed checking it out as we are also staying there for the Songwriters Festival. A big highlight was the porch for watching the lunar eclipse.- Posted: 11/21/2021

Grawning Family Vacay
This was our second summer vacationing at Gulf Place. This unit is leaps and bounds better than the other. I was a little put out by the lack of communication from the agency leading up to our check in, I like to have all information ready to go and that just wasn’t the case. Fabulous Property
This Condo is absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay pictures are spot on. Its a very short walk to private beach access and the pool is right outside the condo. Everyone had a blast. Loved it!
Really enjoyed the place. In a nice location. Walking distance to nice unique stores to shop and restaurants. Very close to beach. Room was super nice and well maintained. Had issue with AC but it was fixed quickly. Only negative thing was couldn’t get the TV to a station. Too many remotes, wasn’t able to just turn it on and watch. This was in all rooms. The area is beautiful and a short walk from the beach, tennis, restaurants,, bike rental and paths for walking/running. Our two teens walked to different ice cream stores each day. Great stay at the Gulf
First stay at Gulfplace the general location was great not crowded but close to everything in the area and plenty of stuff shopping eating drinking in short walking distance as was the beach which was beautiful ....the condo at Caribbean place was as advertised the location is perfect so close to the beach made it easy to go between the condo and the beach with pool stops in between for different parts of my group. The condo was great nicely decorated, kitchen had what you needed and overall condo was big enough for our group of 7 with technically on free bed in hallway bunk. Little bit of noise from condo above but nothing bad and too be expected when on second floor. Check in and checkout process was easy and property management checked in by text/email multiple times to make sure all was good during stay. Noise
Beautiful location and home. The only down side was the noise from the upstairs neighbor. CONSTANT loud walking from one end of the condo to the other, to the point of shaking the pictures on our wall.- Posted: 3/12/2020
