The view was gorgeous! Enjoyed sitting on the patio, but the chairs were a little hard. And the people either below or in another unit smoked outside, so we often smelled it. However, when we were there we spent a lot of time on the patio. The pool was clean and not super crowded. It was a very relaxing place.
The fan and the ceiling light in the den area would just come on, on its own at times. Not sure what was going on there, electrical issue? I just wanted to let you know, so you could check it out.

The place was beautiful. Great view and loved the private beach. The company was very responsive and helpful. They helped resolve any issue that came up and timely. I felt they were a “real joy” to deal with! Would definitely rent from them again. My only disappointment was the pictures advertised a hot tub and the building we rented in didn’t have access to the hot tub. The host said they would take those pics down and they apologized.

Our condo was exactly as described. I've stayed on the Gulf Coast several times. This has been the best location so far. It was quiet and peaceful. Granted, there is a 2 lane street in front of the building, but it's a slow type of light traffic. Crossing to the beach was quite safe. I would recommend it to anyone. The condo is perfect for 2 people and fully equipped, as stated. Very clean, no surprises. Realjoy was responsive in a timely manner with all my questions before we arrived and after. We ended up adding an extra day.
Since nothing in this world is perfect, I will comment on 2 things: directions for how to operate the thermosrat would have been appreciated. I accidently turned on the heat and didn't know how to correct it immediately. Also, how to turn on the ceiling fans. I never did figure that one out. We were fine without fans, we just like sleeping with a fan on. I was very satisfied with our experience.

My son and I enjoyed our stay. Direct access to beach right across the street. Views of the gulf, just as shown in pics. Access to pools and hot tub a plus. A place to rinse off sand when you return to the condos avail. Place was clean. Would book again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. It was very accessible to the beach, perfect beach front room and most definitely has everything you need in the kitchen!! Has tons of storage in the master room for your belongings, lots of hangers and plenty of space to hide luggage. The balcony view was my favorite of all, it was perfect to wake up to see sunrise and sundown. RealJoy was very attentive when it came to asking questions or needed anything within a decent time period. Private beach access was great, especially being there for the fourth of the July, was still able to seat upfront on the beach. Also, great location to be in the middle of everything! The only wishes is to have a broom for the room (although there was a vacuum) and a ice machine. Other than that everything was perfect!!!! I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love the view of this condo. It was very clean and enjoyed staying there. Would consider coming back love the private beach as well. The only problem we had was not with the property ,but with the beach rental chairs we paid for chairs that we did not get for three days and could not find a beach boy. But other than that it was a fabulous place to stay .

Staying here was everything it was described to be and more! It’s location is second to none, within walking distance to great restaurants and a quick drive to others. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities that it described. I will for sure book this place again the next time I visit Destin!

I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s right across the street from the beach that is private access. We never had to fight for a spot on the beach, we were easily able to settle. There are chairs and umbrellas for rent if you don’t end up bringing your own. The beach is awesome, fairly clean sands and clear water.
The apartment itself is on the smaller side but was able to fit the two of us comfortably. I was reached out to real joy about a very dirty shower curtain, so I’m hoping they replace it for the next guest.
I overall would stay here again, it was our first time in Destin and loved it.

This condo is nice and clean. It has a nice view from the balcony. The pools were nice on the day that the gulf was a little rough for swimming. This was our second time renting this space this year. My only drawback is that it is on the third floor with no elevator. (We usually bring in a lot of our own food and groceries, so getting all those in is a little bit of a hassle.) Real Joy is easy to communicate with and we will definitely be renting this space in the future.

My husband & I throughly enjoyed staying here, we could see & hear the ocean from the balcony! The unit was clean & had everything we needed. I don’t have anything negative to say other than the bed was too small for us, we wished it would’ve been a queen. We will definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect. My husband, I, and our 11 & 13 yr old stayed for a week and truly enjoyed our stay. The private beach access was awesome and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean and stocked with the basics. The bed was very comfortable considering it’s not home, we were pleasantly surprised. Also the view of the ocean from the balcony is perfect.

The condo was very well decorated & it was perfect for my son & myself. It was very clean. There were plenty of pots/pans/utensils, etc….. all except pot holders. They even provided a waterproof bag (courtesy of RealJoy) which was very nice. There was a beach umbrella & 2 beach chairs to use which I appreciate not having to bring with me. I did have to call the emergency number for the garbage disposal on the day before we were to leave due to it leaking & stopping up. The folks at the emergency number were fantastic! They answered the phone right away & made it super simple to tell them what was going on. There are two pools there that are both nice. One pool said it was heated but it did not feel heated really. Overall we had a great experience. We were close to everything we could have needed. I definitely recommend this place!! There were no pot holders but that is my only negative.

Nice easy walk to the beach, and there was a shower outside to wash away the sand. The pool areas were nice. Close enough to restaurants to walk if you chose to. Enjoyed our stay here.

We had an incredible stay! The space was very clean and comfortable. The view was perfect! The property was just a quick walk across the street to the beach and included private access.
We were conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants. The check in/check out process was effortless and they had great communication. What's better is that they were able to switch the dates of our stay when our airline pushed our flight back an entire day. It's a great value considering the location. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Loved our stay at 313 Gulfview! Charming & clean with a great 3rd floor balcony view of the beach just steps across to the beach! Proximity to the beach was not only super close, but having that private access was great on more crowded days. White sand, clear waters, clean beach with very little shells/seaweed. You do need to be able to walk up 3 flights of exterior stairs, but they aren't bad, & having 2 pools & a hot tub are nice. The bedroom had a nice ceiling fan, comfortable bed, ac & hot water worked well. The wifi was also strong & 2 tvs with dish cable. We visited in Oct and it was pretty quiet, good restaurants near by to enjoy. Will certainly be back in the future!

This rental was perfect for a little getaway for two! The view of the beach and private access was amazing! We also loved that there were multiple restaurants within close driving or even walking distance. We would definitely stay again. A great value for a place right on the beach!

This place was a great stay! Amazing view of the beach from the balcony. A pool if you need a swim away from the beach. Seconds from walking to the beach. It’s the perfect spot for driving to any beach restaurants, and just down the way from
Destin’s Harbor with food/entertainments/excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Destin area!

Beautiful place as shown in photos. Amazing view, very close to the beach. Quiet at night. Kitchen has great amenities with lots of cooking tools. Spacious for 2 people.
I’d bring my Fire Stick to stream movies. The TVs only have Dish cable. The house has dish soap and 1 dishwasher cube. Checking out rules required all dishes to be cleaned/dishwasher running. If you planned to cook, bring a dish sponge and more dishwasher detergent. I hope this can save you a trip to the store.

Amazing location and a beautiful view. Right across the street from a private beach access. Very quiet. Only down side is there was no coffee for the coffee maker and also no spices besides salt and pepper so we had to go buy everything. That could be a covid thing though...

I decided to stay here for a solo trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. My vacation turned out to be everything I wanted and more. I spent my entire trip either in the room or on the beach. The convenient beach access across the street was perfect. At night I sat out on the balcony and watched the waves. The condo was cleaned and just the perfect size.
