Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Spring Break Trip!
6 of us stayed here for our Spring Break…moms and 20 somethings. Beautiful villa! Plenty of space for all. Down the steps and on the beach! Beach service for 2 was amazing! Pool was out of service but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. Close to VPS airport and restaurants/shopping. Would stay again!- Posted: 3/21/2025

Family Vacation
Great Location! My husband and I take our 6 adult children and spouses/significant others and grandchildren to a beach vacation every year. This was a great home and fit our needs perfectly. The pool was a nice addition! Would definitely recommend it for a large group!- Posted: 2/3/2025

First of all - location, location, location! This row of 3 story townhouses is right on the beach. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins frolicking every morning! There is a shared walkway from the front of the complex to the beach, with a shower/foot washer to remove sand.. The complex is less than a 5 minute walk to the Henderson Beach Resort. The beach itself is beautiful - clean, soft, white sand and emerald water.
The unit was just as seen in the photos. The place was spotless. The 2 master BDRs are gulf facing with balconies. The bathrooms were clean and stylish with large showers. Beds were comfortable.
Note: The elevator is off limits to guests. Be prepared for lots of steps (25 to a flight). Also the only entrance to the roof top plunge pool is to go through the 3rd floor master and climb a circular staircase to the roof. Also the bedroom with bunkbeds is for kids - the wall to the Master BDR is glass, covered by curtains so parents can peek in on the kids.- Posted: 12/8/2024

We had an incredible time at the rental. Management was quick to respond on all issues. The house is beautifully decorated and all guests were comfortable. Access to the beach was steps away and absolutely perfect! Would stay again!!- Posted: 9/25/2024

The view will knock you over!
This place does not disappoint...the pictures are accurate and the view is even better in person. You are quite literally STEPS from the sand! Great place in a relatively quiet stretch of the beach. The private beach was a game changer! Absolutely the best perk. Nice accommodations with plenty of room for everyone. It was nice that each bedroom had a designated bathroom (if you include the bunk room with the master). The unit needs beach towels but otherwise we had all we needed.- Posted: 6/8/2024
