The master bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony access. Attached to the master bedroom is a huge, beautiful bathroom. In the first guest room, you will find two queen beds. In the second guest room, you will find another king bed. This unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 people! The stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the formal dining room table. If you want to enjoy dinner with a view, you can also dine at the table overlooking the Gulf. The massive balcony is a must-see! We had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! The accommodations were fantastic, and my family absolutely loved it. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The weather was cool the first few days. The hot tub on the balcony did not work which was a disappointment since there is no public hot tub here. I paid the hottub fee but still waiting for refund.
The kitchen was fully furnished, has a drip coffee maker. All the bedrooms and the living space were great. Location was beautiful. We enjoyed being able to quickly get to beach and the included beach service was awesome. Morning walks with coffee along the crashing waves will be a treasured memory.
Parking was good, ample space. Location was great. Not in the middle of the super busy area, but still close enough to have fun.
We would stay here again!

This unit was absolutely beautiful and spacious. We just used one room and that bed was extremely comfortable. The views were breathtaking. We spent every morning and evening on the private balcony enjoying the hot tub and the fabulous views. The building and grounds were clean and very well maintained. The location of the property was very convenient to restaurants and bike paths. We would definitely rent this unit again. Loved the art work in the unit too.

The location was beautiful. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Perfect for three kids under six. If you're looking for a PCB location away from the Spring Break madness, this is the place to be!!! Don't forget to add the hot tub to your stay. It was a good way to relax after the kids went to bed and you can't beat the view or balcony.

Would stay here again.

Large living area was awesome. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us without feeling cramped. It was clean and quiet here. We hadn't been to PCB in 30years but are ready to go back and stay at this condo. We loved it!

Pros: The place is amazing with breathtaking views! Very clean and great location. It feels like a home away from home. Plenty of seating. A lot of cookware. All the appliances worked.
Cons: It’s not the most kid friendly. A lot of Knick knacks and glass tables which were a struggle for the kids. Also, the title mentions the hot tub on the balcony but it’s unusable without paying an extra fee. Just something to note because we assumed it came with it at the price we were paying. Make sure you read the entire description as I skipped the “reasons to book” section which had the extra fee information. Also, it sleeps 8 but the HOA only allows 2 parking passes. When we needed one more (and didn’t know about the HOA rule), the managers downstairs was extremely rude to one of the guests just asking about parking.

Girls’ weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo. We had a maintenance issue and Beverly was above and beyond helpful. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony are unbeatable.

Well kept condo with gorgeous view

Very clean, well furnished apartment. Pool was clean and beach wasn't a mad house like the other end of the beach. If you're looking for a step up from the average PCB accommodations, this is a great option. Ample parking and easy to access. Only two downsides: 1. Elevators were a bit sketchy and weren't always reliable. 2. Management of luggage carts at check-in/check-out was suboptimal. You need to depend on the sharing nature of your fellow vacationers, who aren't always cooperative.
