Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.
Area Attractions:
If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! The stay was awesome and we will definitely be back in the future!
The hotel was clean, the hosts were friendly, and the location was convenient. I liked being able to stay on the beach and walk down from the room on to the boardwalk straight to the beach. Awesome Beach Vacation
I stayed with my 16-year-old granddaughter and we had a great time! The sand was like sugar and it wasn't hot to walk on! The area was beautiful. We enjoyed several fun local restaurants and got rolled ice cream. I will go back!- Posted: 7/11/2024

Great little condo for my husband and me! Everything was clean and as pictured. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and saw lots of dolphins every day during our stay! Close driving distance to restaurants and also a Target and Winn Dixie for groceries/supplies. Listing says this unit will accommodate 5 people but unless 3 of those 5 people are children, it would be a tight fit for more than two adults. There is only one bathroom and one bedroom with king size bed and then pullouts in the couch and chair in the living room. We enjoyed our stay!- Posted: 3/25/2024

Wonderful week in Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club! The condo is nicely updated and has super comfortable furniture! The king bed was extremely comfortable and I’m very picky about those things! ? The hosts even had beach chairs/toys/umbrellas available for use. The kitchen was very well equipped and appliances all in good working condition. Only drawback was the coffee maker is only a Keurig, not a drip coffee maker and we had brought coffee and filters, but that was easily remedied! Other than that everything was perfect for our stay! Had a great time.
It was as good as we hoped. Clean, great view, very comfortable. Could have used a coffee pot, it’s a bit far to simply walk to the nearest coffee shop. We didn’t rent a car so any food or necessities we used Uber which was fine except for a morning coffee.- Posted: 5/8/2023

Absolutely amazing location and beach
We had a fantastic time staying here. The linens on one of the pull out sofa beds was dirty but the owner got us clean ones. The view is amazing and the location is great too. You simply cannot beat being on the beach. Check in and check out was a breeze. Just as a heads up for anyone else, the walk to the harbor water taxi is a bit far. The beach service at the building was great. We paid for all of our days when we got there and tagged an umbrella and chairs at 7am when they setup. Such a beautiful place to stay. The beach view is amazing literally a 2 minute walk, close to a lot of restaurants. A fully equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was a breeze. Seasoned Air bnb traveler here. This was a GREAT stay. Pictures are accurate, unit is clean and updated, all basics provided, easy check in/out. Heated pool was a nice touch with the lower temps this spring break season. BEAUTIFUL view from balcony. Location is not far from restaurants and activities. Staff on site was friendly and pleasant. This is an awesome place to stay. Super clean, great view, right on the beach. The only thing we didn’t love was how far it was from any place to eat. But with a full kitchen and Instacart straight to our door, it all worked out! Easy check in, keyless entry, great AC.- Posted: 10/12/2021

Convenient location!
We absolutely enjoyed our week at this beautiful renovated and clean condo! The view was amazing and all kitchen utensils were new and they had everything we needed for the week!
