This immaculately clean 2BR/2BA condo has Gulf Views from the top floor balcony! The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decor is both beautiful and comfortable. There is free wifi in the condo, and this building is gated, with a secure parking lot, so no concerns about safety in this great community! This 7th floor unit has a balcony perfect for enjoying evenings outside, and you are high enough up to enjoy views of the city, water, sand, everything!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!
The pool is pristine - the Holiday Surf and Racquet maintenance staff are State of Florida Certified Pool Operators and have received training to ensure the cleanest pool in this area year after year.
In order to make your stay more affordable, NO beach service is provided. Beach service can be purchased from the front desk for around $30/day.

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Excellent place in a beautiful spot
We had a fabulous time! The unit is lovely and clean and beyond what I expected. One thing I would suggest promoting. The unit is incredibly well stocked for fun! My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here! It was extremely clean and adorable decor. The view of the ocean was amazing and the short walk to the beach was nice with a little boardwalk to the sand, that had water hoses to rinse your feet off with. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent daily which was nice. We cooked several times in the kitchen, and it was equipped with all the utensils and appliances we needed-even a blender for piña coladas! The only thing I could find fault with is the master bedroom needs a new mattress, it had 2 large sunken spots on each side. Love it!!
We had a great time! Loved the place. Close to the beach. Pool was awesome! Only problem was the laundry facilities. 4/6 washing machines were broken and our did not drain all the water. Many of the dryers were out of order too. And there was no laundry soap in the dispenser. Everything else was great. Front office staff was very nice. Will definitely come again!!- Posted: 8/10/2022

Awesome place!
Everything was wonderful! Nice clean place! People were very friendly. Only thing is you have to pay $50 a day to have two chairs and umbrella on the beach. Not all units have to but this one you have to pay. Dishwasher was also full when we got there. Other then that everything is great!- Posted: 5/31/2022

Great trip and clean condo.
The Unit was very clean and just as pictured. We loved sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the waves. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer because we had to take wet clothes home. Also, with beach service everyday you have to put your own tag on a chair. Perfect getaway
My mom and I went for a mother/daughter trip. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. It’s a short walk to the beach. And the beach is glorious. The unit did have two beach chairs but I believe they were left behind by other guests. I don’t think they come with unit. We didn’t see them until day 2 so we had already paid the condo to rent chairs and an umbrella for one day. I would absolutely come back here. Three days on the beach was amazing. Love Destin! Condo as pictured.
Our family of 4 had a great trip and would definitely go back. This unit isn’t necessarily worth the cost, but I think that is just the price you pay to come to Destin and for the view. The beach is amazing and water is so clear and calm compared to the Atlantic so it’s less stressful when you have kids. This unit looked exactly like what was advertised and was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were outdated, but you can see that in the pics. Any questions we asked were all quickly answered by the property owners and the checkin process was very easy. View off balcony is great and walk to beach is short. Pool was pretty crowded since on smaller side but clean. We didn’t have any problems with the bathrooms in the unit like previous reviews had stated. The master bed was on the firm side, and I do agree with a prior review that the fan in bathrooms are on the louder side. I would recommend the owner add some night lights to the bathrooms so you don’t have to turn fan/light combo on in middle of night and wake other person. Also, some tips for others to prepare for their trip: bring ground coffee and filters since none provided - it’s not a keurig. There aren’t beach chairs or beach towels provided. Housekeeping services not provided during your stay. If you fly in, I would highly recommend a car rental bc Uber/Lyft/Taxi services are almost impossible to find from the airport or if you need to get to take you around Destin. Also, this unit is not really walking distance to any restaurants or grocery stores. Amazon food will not deliver groceries to this location, and it is very hard to find places to deliver pizza. We were able to get a Lyft to take us to grocery store very early in morning for $12 one way to go 2 miles, but you have to be very patient while trying to find one to take you back to the unit. Overall, we really did have a great trip. Destin is perfect for a family vacation, and we will be back next year!- Posted: 8/28/2021

Great views, comfortable space
This condo was wonderful! The view from the condo was amazing and the property had many amenities that made it easy to stay put and enjoy the property! My only critique is the condo has literally zero spices- not even salt and pepper! It made it difficult to cook in the condo but not a deal breaker.- Posted: 3/22/2021

Great Getaway
