This amazing cottage provided everything our family of 4 needed for the long weekend. Access to beach was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach, depending on how cooperative the kiddos were! We will definitely be back!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. Nice area, in between destin and Panama City beach. So can go to either or in about 20-30 mins. Also 30A is nice by itself. A lot of good food around the area. Great communication! Everything was superb, only thing I would say is the pull out couch is uncomfortable but that was the only downfall. Everything else was as listed and perfect.

Lovely little beach cottage. Perfect for a couple or small family. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Perfect location on 30A. Very nice beach bikes included. Would have liked all of the tv’s to be a little larger. Tv’s in bedrooms were especially small.

We loved that this little house was away from the crowds. Felt like a little neighborhood nestled in the trees…and we lucked out with a few quiet neighbors. 8 min bike ride to Alys beach. Nice coffee spot there. Lots more activity in Rosemary beach if you want. 10 min ride the other direction to shops/food. The bikes were a real asset. The pool was perfect.The ocean and beach pristine with easy access. Public beach access close by too. It worked for us. We chose to not rent a car so used Uber & Lyft. If you want to be where there’s more action go to the towns further East and West. Also used a few apps to have groceries delivered. We felt like the Magnolia cottage was a gem. Happy we chose it over other places in the area. RealJoy Vacations people were in touch & very attentive from the beginning to the end Really enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing

We had a very nice stay. I agree with one of the previous guests, the family room tv needs an upgrade and the front door lock was a hassle. Other than that, we had a great time.

We've stayed in this community before, so knew what to expect. Only issue was the main TV is not Smart, so couldn't stream our apps. Had to move the smaller tv from the bedroom into the living room for the week. The community pool area could use some TLC.

Great stay on 30A. The house was better than we even expected. The screened in porch was lovely during the rainy weather. We used the public beach access a little farther away and brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas. This was not a deal breaker for us, but just know the closest beach access is private and you cannot use your own chairs there. Michael and Shawn's Beach service was the only option to rent chairs on that private beach and we were unable to reach them.

Relaxed at Magnolia Cottage with friends over a 4 day weekend. The property is comfortable and within a 2 minute walk to the pool and 7 minute walk to the beach. The home is clean and offers a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle from 30a while being just minutes to great restaurants and shopping. Would visit again!

The cottage is adorable and very quiet. I loved the community. The beds were not the most comfortable and we had a bit of an issue with housekeeping, but nothing major. The communication and service with RealJoy was top notch. They are extremely quick to respond.
Easy check in and easy check out. Over all we will rent with them again.

Very clean and nice! The area seemed very safe and fun. our family has a great trip and really enjoyed the back porch. We would definitely stay there again.
