Majestic Beach Towers 1-1213 is a stunning 1 bedroom 1 bath Gulf Front condo that offers 12th floor breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed in the master suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, and a spacious living room layout that opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a washer/dryer for your convenience you won’t want to leave. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoors pools, one includes a kiddie pool or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one stop shop. Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Juat amazing
The unit is amazing, i have only few things but not with the unot more with the property, the elevator dont work from the floor we was to go down, we have to go down for the stairs until level 11 and get thw elevator, and the kitchen need more light because is a little dark but the rest in simple amazing- Posted: 1/1/2025

Great weekend getaway!

Majestic Resort Tower 1-1213
Very impressive! This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased with the experience. The property itself was very nice, clean and well-equipped. The resort facilities were also very nice to include the restaurant and coffee shop/convenience store which had just about anything you may forget to bring with you! Lastly, the beach is amazing! Baby’s First Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. Condo was clean and well stocked Check in was easy. The condo was well stocked ( more than most condos we’ve stayed at in Panama City beach). Everything needed to prepare a meal. Even though we bought our own paper products ( most condos only supply 1 roll of bath tissue) the condo had extra rolls of bath tissue and paper towels!! The only problem we had during our stay was the wait for the elevators. It could take up to 20 minutes or more in the morning for elevators because everyone was trying to checkout and leave at the same time. Even when the elevator reached our floor it was packed, I suggest loading up as much as one can the night before your departure.- Posted: 10/13/2023

Needed Getaway
Great location on the beach. Friendly staff—they kept communication from booking until departure. Parking was convenient. Never saw any areas that were not clean. We had everything we needed. We did purchase our own beach chairs and umbrella, our condo didn’t come with any which we knew ahead of time and felt like the rentals were pricey.- Posted: 9/2/2023

Great getaway
We had a really amazing stay . We had everything we needed and it was clean. We love the ocean view ! Lots of nice restaurants around was a plus .. also the management of the property was very responsive and friendly . The only inconvenient was the fact the tv in the room wasn't working and even after they came check out it still don't resolve the Tv cable issue :( but other than that everything was perfect !- Posted: 3/20/2023

Great condo!
We had a wonderful stay in the condo. We had everything we needed and it was very clean. We love being right on the ocean! We brought our own beach chairs and grabbed an umbrella at Walmart down the street. Perfect! Several nice restaurants nearby and an outlet mall within an hour drive. On one of the cooler days we got up early and drove to Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels. What a great vacation!- Posted: 11/2/2022
