Majestic Towers 1-1906 is a beautiful Gulf-front condo perched on the 19th floor, offering sweeping views of emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This 1-bedroom + bunkroom, 2-bath unit is thoughtfully designed to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably, featuring a king bed in the master suite and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in a private bunk room with its own attached bath. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience. Vehicle Registration is REQUIRED before arrival. If parking pass registration is not completed prior to arrival, you will NOT be allowed into resort. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process shared via email from your Host company. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Built in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot with active families; there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools; one includes a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside in one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the on-site market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop shop.  Spa services are also available at a set rate. This property truly offers something for everyone!
