Majestic Towers 1-2015 is an amazing condo with a WOW factor! This stunning 1 bedroom and 1 bath GULF FRONT unit located on the 20th floor offers breathtaking views of the emerald waters and sugar-white sand beaches. This unit features a king bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. With a full-size kitchen, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a huge balcony overlooking the radiant Gulf of Mexico, you won't want to leave. Majestic Beach Resort has five pools, three hot tubs, a movie theater with stadium seating, tennis courts plus a deli market with a Starbucks! Come start making last memories at Majestic Beach Towers 1-2015.

Vehicle Registration is required before arrival. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1 and 2 bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3 bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1 and 2 bedroom units.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Built-in 2005, Majestic Beach Resort is the perfect spot for active families, there is so much to do. The Resort offers 5 pools! You can soak up the sun in one of the two outdoor pools, one including a kiddie pool, or get out of the sun and relax inside one of the two heated indoor pools. Check out the on-site arcade and cool off or enjoy a tennis match on the tennis courts. Open seasonally, H2O Bar and Grill includes an outdoor pool bar and Gulf-front seating for lunch and dinner. You can wake up to freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee with breakfast pastries and muffins at the onsite market. For lunch, grab one of our hand-tossed salads or gourmet sandwiches. And for those who left something behind on their way to the beach, the market has pantry items and souvenirs, it’s a one-stop-shop. This property truly offers something for everyone!

The place was beautifully designed and very clean. I liked the fish on the wall and beach decor and LOVED the view from the balcony. The building was also clean and has very easy access to the beach. The beach was super clean and I liked that I didn’t have to deal with algae. The pool was beautiful too with the waterfall and I liked that there was a bar/restaurant right next to it so we could sip an iced drink lounging on the chairs. I didn’t hear any noise from the elevators and I’m a light sleeper. I actually liked being close to the elevator; it made it easier when we had to carry the chairs, umbrellas, and beach bag to the beach. The price for the rentals at the beach was a little high and we went to the beach every day. Overall my husband and I had a great time and would definitely recommend the place.- Posted: 8/15/2024

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Beach Resort 1-2015! The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The amenities at the resort are top notch and the view from the balcony was priceless! We saw dolphins, manatees, pelicans, and tons of fish swimming from the balcony. I’d rate the stay a 4.5, I don’t feel comfortable enough going down to a four. The place was exceptionally clean, great view, great location, and well laid out. Communication before the trip was thorough and check in was very easy. I did want to point out that this unit is right next to a very active elevator. The bedroom is across from the elevator and you could hear it pretty well throughout the day & night. It wasn’t a huge issue but if you’re a light sleeper it may be a bit of an annoyance. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs and overall this was the cleanest we’ve been to, not just the unit but the building as a whole. There were multiple people spot cleaning that we saw throughout our stay. The elevator is FAST, no waiting in long lines for a slow elevator. Host communication was okay, there was a TV remote missing that prevented us from using the bedroom tv and it wasn’t really resolved during our stay. Unit was stocked decently. We loved this place: it was easy to get to from the airport. Check in was clear and a breeze!! Loved waking up in the am and enjoying a coffee from downstairs on the balcony. The beach was right out back and is where we spent most of our time. A+ recommend- Posted: 5/12/2024

This place was amazing. Beautiful inside and out. Elevators were a little loud however it was still amazing. Not a lot within walking distance to do however not a far drive to anything.
