Maravilla 2111 is a beautiful 1BR/2BA condo just a short walk from gorgeous Miramar Beach! Maravilla is located in a gated resort with two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball half-court, fitness room, club house, covered parking, bike racks, and shuffleboard. The suite includes a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin over twin bunk nook, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 guests comfortably. With Private Beach access just across the street and TWO on-site pools to choose from, come see why Maravilla 2111 will be your family’s favorite for years to come!
Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Maravilla is only 3 miles to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Location
The condo had most everything we needed! The location to get to the beach was awesome (maybe a 2 minute walk to the sand) and we have small kids so being by the pool worked great for us. The beach chair set up was nice - I didn't realized our listing included 2 chairs and an umbrella! You do have to be "checked in" by the people who set up the umbrellas which I had not experienced before, but the guys were super nice and helpful so I didn't mind at all. There is no ramp access to beach, just stairs. We had a wagon which we just picked up to take up/down the stairs. Check in and out of the condo was a breeze. No problems with anything inside the condo - everything works, nothing broken, had all the kitchen gadgets we needed. (Maybe add salt and pepper inside the kitchen or plan on bring that with you). There were some sand toys and boogie boards. Tv's are smart so you can log into your youtube, disney, or whatever accounts to watch TV. Perfect Get Away
This unit was one of the cleanness Ive ever rented the kitchen has everything you needed very will supplied bed very comfortable Patio needs new furniture a table with two tall chairs would be nice my only complaint would be the patio door was very hard to open maybe needs new rollers I would definitely recommend this unit- Posted: 2/28/2023

Sweet beach trip w pup
Very nice unit. It was super clean and very quiet even though it was near pool. When I walked in it smelled nice and had some light jazz playing on TVs. I would recommend this unit to others for sure. I do wish there was a hair dryer in the unit. I didn’t read the list of amenities well enough. Thanks- Posted: 6/19/2022
