Pointe of View Condominiums is ideally located just outside of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and positioned adjacent to Grand Boulevard, which features a wide selection of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. You can also experience all of the fun at The Village of Baytowne Wharf nearby. Guests will love swimming and relaxing in the community pool surrounded by trees and nature, as well as the fabulous on-site fitness center! Spend your day at one of the beautiful nearby beaches. The closest beach access is less than 3 miles away, and plenty of beach parking is offered by Topsail Hill Preserve Park at a nominal fee and includes a free tram ride to the beach shores! There are several other public beach accesses within short driving distance, specifically Pompano Joes. Pointe of View is a great hidden gem and the perfect place for your next getaway!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
