My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious for everyone in our group. Loved all of the balconies and view of the pool. Very quiet which we appreciated at night. Had several pots/pans/bowls/utensils which was so nice since most places don’t provide everything this home offered. Walking distance to the beach (less than 5 mins) with private beach entrance made our beach days so easy. Host was very responsive. I will definitely recommend this spot to anyone and would love to stay here again!

I liked that it was in a quiet area and not to busy I didn't like the facility did not having extra things available on hand like trash bags, tissue, paper towels and toilet paper. I had call the facilities service to bring them

We enjoyed our family vacation so much at this beautiful home. There were 14 of us and the house was perfect. It was so close to the beach, next to the pool, and restaurants were walking distance. We loved it, and we did not want to leave. Can’t wait to book again.

We had 10 family members that all stayed at the house. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful beaches. All was right outside the door. Definitely would stay there again.

A perfect place for families. Beach is right across the street and it’s a 5 minute drive to Destin commons mall with some great restaurants for variety of food and drinks. House is clean and kitchen has everything we needed to cook food for our children. I am going to come back again for sure since there is lot to cover around Destin and Miramar Beach. The house was wonderful. Location was great. The beach access was perfect. Not crowded at all. Being right by the pool was great. My only complaint would be the dryer does not work well, so it was hard to wash/dry clothing and towels. Would definitely recommend!

It has plenty of room, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is across the street from the beach, however there is a couple flights of stairs. It is next door to the pool, which was fantastic as we spent hours in the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. pots and pans, and the table will sit 8. There was thinks to keep the floors swept and mopped, which I liked as the floors get really sandy. The cleaning crew does really well, except they do not check for trash removal and there was insulin in the fridge. I did not report it when found as it was not a huge issue to us but may be for others. The metal chairs at the table is not comfortable for larger people. There are no rugs by bed to wipe your feet on to remove the sand. I do think it was a little pricey, however I have not been down in 4 years so it may be completely reasonable.

We loved our stay here. The home was so close to the most beautiful beach (not crowded at all). And the pool was right next to our unit! There were plenty of beds for everyone. The king beds weren’t super comfortable, but they were decent. It was clean and bright. The home is so close to any convenience you need. We bought a few blow up toys for the beach at Alvin’s Island. One bummer - the dryer didn’t work very well. And if I’m being picky, I’d get rid of the end tables in the living area to accommodate more comfy seating for guests. Overall, highly recommend!!!

Close to the beach, full kitchen with grill and propane ready. 3rd floor jet tub didn't work and the dryer for the clothing was clogged and taking 2+ hrs to dry a light load.

Perfect location for a beach getaway! Right across the street from the beach & easy to walk to. The private beach access was wonderful & so much less crowded than the public beach access. The unit was clean, updated and spacious. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The rental was just as pictured online and didn't disappoint. We had a lovely stay. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for a large party, right next to the pool and right across the street from the beach. We didn't want to leave! The only drawback was that RealJoy only provided "starter" items for the rental such as small dish soap, a handful of dishwasher soaps, etc., and we kept having to run out to the store to pick up basic necessities like toilet paper.

This stay was just what we needed! Although the weather was not ideal, that did not stop my family from having fun at our place of stay and visiting the surrounding area! This Airbnb perfectly accommodated a group of 14 and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone we know!

The condo was even better in person. Had absolutely everything you could possibly need. Very spacious! We had two 19 years olds three 16 year olds and 4 adults. The teens loved it as well. Plenty of space and location was perfect. Beach was very close and private entrance to get in to beach was nice. Miramar beach is beautiful. Will definitely stay at this condo again. I highly recommend this condo. A bonus was the pool was right next door. The management company was great as well.
