We loved the place and will hopefully be going back! The house was so clean (minus a little sand on the floor but that's to be expected being right by the beach). We had enough room to sleep comfortably for 7 adults and 2 kids. The view was a little sucky because all you saw out the front door was tall bushes but that's fine too. Very short walk to the beach which was amazing because it was not backed with tourists. The hosts always replied within minutes which was amazing! 5 stars all around.- Posted: 9/6/2024

Would definitely be back!! The location is sooo peaceful right at the beach. Not far from the square and all the shops and stores! Jest perfect location! The house was very organized, offers extra blankets, really clean, stocked on everything you need. Kitchen was equipped very well with everything you need. Grill in back! No complaints! Wonderful stay! The home was 15 minutes from the airport. A 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The balcony had amazing views of the golf. Pretty much checked all our boxes. The shower on the front porch was a nice surprise, really nice to rinse the coach off before going inside. Close to Publix and Thomas donuts (a must eat). Also don’t miss streamed shrimp from buddys seafood market. The beach right out front was not crowded we had our own space. Really couldn’t ask for a better location. The place was very nice!! I would like to make a suggestion of not using sitting areas that use cushions because the cushions did not dry out. The hot tub was nasty. I am not sure who is responsible for cleaning the hot tub but it is not being done. We had a very nice stay and it was peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay at this super cute beach bungalow. Beach access was super easy, just right across the street. Beach is very chill and not busy at all. The property advertises no chairs/wagon etc but there are some that have been left by other guests which is nice. Loved all of the outdoor space, lots of furnishings. Plenty of comfy seating. We had a few hiccups with wifi/trash can/hot tub but the property manager was prompt to respond by text which was so helpful.- Posted: 5/17/2024

Our recent stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular – a must for those seeking relaxation, fun, and the opportunity to make fantastic memories. Situated just steps away from a stunning, quiet beach, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach house itself was a delightful blend of comfort and luxury. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by fabulous ocean views that instantly set the tone for our vacation. The interior was tastefully decorated, offering a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the brand new hot tub, which was a great place to unwinding after a day at the beach. The outdoor living space, complete with comfortable seating, outdoor pool table and a cornhole game, became our family's favorite spot for enjoying the evening together. For children we found the property is very child-friendly. Our kids were enchanted by the beach, and the local area offered great family-friendly activities. From the wonders of WonderWorks to the fascinating exhibits at Ripleys Believe It or Not, and the classic arcades our kids found plenty to entertain them. The kitchen was a standout feature, impressively well-stocked with all the pans, utensils, and kitchenware one could possibly need. This made meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything readily available. In summary, this beach house offers the perfect blend of family-friendliness and coastal beach charm. Whether you're seeking a quiet beach retreat, a place to make family memories, or simply a place to relax and unwind, this property has it all. Great location, with easy access to the emerald waters of Sunnyside Beach. The beach was never near crowded which definitely helps to relax while watching the kids play in the surf.
The townhouse was stylish and just the perfect size for our family of 6. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed an evening of s’mores around the fire pit. We stayed here with 5 adults, the house was perfect size, nice and clean, remodeled. Barefoot, 100 ft walk to the beach made trips back to the house easy. The upstairs ceiling fans have separate remotes but were somehow turning the ceiling fan on/off in the other room, very small and hilarious problem to have. Overall very satisfied.- Posted: 6/14/2022
