This condo's kitchen features new stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, granite counter/breakfast bar, and tile throughout the living areas. Ocean Reef 704 has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a huge balcony that boasts views of the white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters. Enjoy the Gulf-Front master bedroom with a queen bed and sliding doors that lead to the beautiful views of the Gulf. The guest room has a queen-size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. This was my second stay at Ocean Reef 704 and I will be back again. The unit is ideally located for a quiet and relaxing stay and the views from the balcony are amazing. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a good value at a nice building in PCB!- Posted: 1/1/2025

Well worth the money!! Spotless and easy to get in and didn’t have to carry a room key. Very private with guests only allowed! The ocean view and the huge balcony was priceless!! Kid friendly with activities and good food all around!

Graduation Getaway!
This gulf front condo was perfect for our post-graduation celebration! The condo was clean and well-stocked, and the amenities were great. Communication with the management company was amazing! The location was fabulous; since the building was a little smaller than some of the high rises next door, our beach area was less crowded. I would stay here again!- Posted: 5/24/2024

Amazing View
My Family an I really enjoyed this condo. Kitchen was stocked with all items need to prepare meals. Extra Blankets if needed. Beach chairs were a plus. The View was Amazing. Huge Balcony it was so cozy. I will definitely stay here again- Posted: 5/20/2024

Realjoy were extremely accommodating.
View was great. Easy entry with the door code. Kitchen well stocked with all cookware and utensils. Everyone was friendly and the hot tub is amazing. Beach is spectacular. Sunsets were beautiful! Personal choice - would prefer a King bed in the Master vs a Queen. Parking was not ideal for a truck but with some 3 point turns its manageable.
