Palms Resort #1405 is a beautiful junior 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Destin. The Master Bedroom offers a king bed with balcony access and ensuite bathroom. The smaller guest bedroom has a bunk room with full over full bunkbeds plus direct access to the second bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa making this condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.
The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.
The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.
Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Smooth sailing from the beginning! We were happy with everything from the check in process, to the flawless stay itself and perfectly convenient location to the cleanliness. My only dislike was having to buy coffee, but even that was communicated effectively in the information before we arrived. Thank you for sharing this home! Great condo for a getaway weekend
The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our stay. It's just a short walk or drive to the beach, and the pool was awesome. Every meal we ate at the Palms Grille was so good we opted to stay in and eat there and not go out for most of our meals. We'd definitely come back and recommend to others.- Posted: 5/7/2024

Spring Beach Vacation

Great spot to spend a few days

Fantastic Family Vacation!
This place is definitely a gem and we can’t wait to come back! Our 3-year-old had the best time in the pools and we were just a short drive (approx half a mile) to the beautiful beach with clear blue water and the whitest, softest sand I’ve ever experienced. Upscale and Classy
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property mainly because it mimicked our own taste in style and decor. In a few words, "It felt like home". The owner obviously has a strong grasp of blending textures and solid materials in such a way they do not fight one another. As well as the solid construction of the unit and fixtures. Nothing seemed as though it would come of in your hand if you touched it. Likewise the rooms were quiet to each other. When doors were closed voices and TV noises from the other rooms were undetectable. The reception staff were spot on with there recommendations for restaurants and attractions, Likewise, al the support staff were pleasant, inviting, and very helpful and professional. Great Destin Vacay Spot

you get exactly what they advertise! also the pool area exceeded my expectations as well! it was nice and not overcrowded. parking was easy, you are inside the garage and they give u a pass. check in was simple. only thing that hiccup was the power partially went out in our unit but it wasn’t their fault and the building ppl got it fixed in a timely manner. location is close to lots of restaurants, beach access and ocean activities- Posted: 9/14/2022

Pleasant and relaxing!
