We had a great stay the condo was exactly as pictured and everything was great. The Palms of Destin was nice we didn’t really expect there to be loud parties down at the bistro/bar every night but it wasn’t terrible. The only negative I can give is that the couches in the condo have seen better days and could stand to be updated. But over all had a great stay and would come back again!

We loved this resort! Staff was super friendly and the room went above and beyond expectations!!! We came for our daughter’s 15 and 17 year old birthdays in October. Everything was super convenient and close by. Walmart was just down the road and beach access was within walking distance. Plenty of places to park if you choose to drive instead.We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our six week stay as snowbirds in this clean, convenient condo. Check in was smooth and easy and the condo was comfortable. We have stayed twice at The Palms of Destin, in different condos, and been pleased each time.

Loved it so nice loved the pool. only issue was the bottom mattress on the bunk bed was so thin it was like sleeping on a board, I ended up buying a mattress pad for it so was a little better then.

The resort was beautiful and convenient to activities and restaurants. The actual condo was beautiful and clean. my grown children had a wonderful time and it was good to see them play and enjoy themselves like they did as children. PRICELESS.

We took a last-minute beach trip from Georgia, and this spot was perfect. From the location to all the amenities, we had the best time here. The lagoon pool was relaxing, as we sipped on "The Massive Mimosa" a must try. Our son made new friends, and didn't want to leave. We had a wonderful view, where we sipped coffee in the morning watching the sunrise. Definitely recommend "The Palms of Destin Resort" for you, and your family. We're already planning on coming back, and possibly become owners ourself.

Super clean and immaculate condo. Minutes from public beach. However it is a small public access beach. We spent our beach time at other beaches in area ( 10 minute drive or less, ample parking ). Would highly recommend to families and couples. Only upgrade would like to see are new mattresses. They were ok, but definetly need to be upgraded. We would stay here again. Condo super clean and property was clean as well.

This condo is the perfect size for 4-5 people! The bathrooms are roomy. The washer and dryer are a must for us. The unit was clean. We didn’t hear a lot of noise from other guests in the building. The space outside the restaurant on the main level is super nice to hang out in the evening. The Palms Bistro coffee shop is the bomb! My kids loved the pool that’s really shallow. It’s perfect for little kids to play in! The view is beautiful and within walking distance from the beach.

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a quick anniversary trip to Destin. We were pleasantly surprised by the view, location, and the cleanliness of the unit. The view was my husband’s fave part, we arrived at night and the pool view was absolutely breathtaking and so relaxing to look at while sitting on the patio. In the morning we were able to sit outside and take in the amazing views of the pool AND the gulf. The location is wonderful as well.. literally across the street from the beach. They have a bar and coffee shop downstairs that we went to a few times. My fave was the shower in the guest bathroom.. we used that one the whole time lol. We read a few reviews about the building that mentioned old carpet but this unit has zero carpet and was incredibly clean. We cannot wait to return!

The condo was nice, clean and just as pictured. We would stay here again. Very quiet, which is nice. My Bill had like 7 different service fees and 3 different taxes. Be nice to have those explained more. I had $142 service fee, what’s the service? There were 2 different check in fees, ADW fee - not sure what that is. The cleaning fee I get. Why 3 different taxes? The Good Vibes bar had 2 different servers sell us drink cups for $12 and we were told free refills on drinks. When we got bill, we were charged for the drink in the cup and then when asked for a refill, was told that is only for tea and soda. They never said that. We were ordering daiquiris. Then later went down for some tea and they tried to charge us for the tea, when told ‘no, we get free refills” they didn’t seem to know that! So that was a little disappointing. Please be more specific and tell people what is allowed to for free! Have signs up with the info so all are on same page. We also ordered lunch by the pool, ordered grouper tacos, which was upcharged but when they arrived, barely any fish in the tacos! I had to take them up and get them to add fish so I could actually have some in each bite, not just one or two. Those who ordered sandwiches had nice big sandwiches that looked great. Not sure why they tried to be so skimpy with the fish? They did correct it thankfully. Also the TV in the living room was hard to figure out. Needs a sheet on how to operate it. Could not get it to connect to the wifi for things like Netflix and couldn’t get regular TV on it either. Bedroom TV we got regular TV. They were weird. In spite of these minor things, it was a nice place to stay. Many things within walking distance. We had a great time and would rent again here.

We are happy to know that you thought this nice and clean Palms of Destin Resort unit met your expectations, the property was very quiet, and you would rent here again. We apologize for any confusion or frustration caused while trying to figure out the televisions. We would have been more than happy to try and help with this situation had we been made aware during your stay. Although we completely understand your frustration regarding the food and drinks, we unfortunately have no control over such an issue at any resort property. Fees on your bill include nightly room charges, county taxes, an accidental damage waiver, a reservation fee, nightly Palms of Destin bellhop, valet, check-in, parking and amenity fees, and housekeeping. These are standard for this resort. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

We had a great time at Palms resort, our property manager was quick to reply and assist with any issues we ran into. The property and amenities were perfect for my 9 and 4 years old. The small pool is heated which was great for at night. This location is not on the beach however, but across the street from it. Will come back :)

This condo was perfect for my husband, myself and our 4 year old. Fully stocked kitchen, and plenty one towels! Everything was clean and the condo was up to date. We thoroughly enjoyed the resort our only disappointment was the splash pad was not working... which was the main reason we booked this resort because our daughter loves splash pads! But we made do! We will definitely be back!
