My family really enjoyed the stay. My kids loved the pool area.

We loved our stay. The property has a great pool area! We loved the closeness to the beach and the shuttle convenience! I also appreciated the door locking mechanism as we have toddlers. We were able to lock a door if we didn’t want a child in that room, but easily unlock when we needed in the room. The condo was very clean. The location is also great!

I loved that it was so close to the beach and that they also have a restaurant and Bar so we really didn’t have to drive anywhere.

This property worked out great for our family! The only thing that went wrong or was a little frustrating was when we came back with a car load of groceries therd were no carts left to haul our groceries up to the room.

Very nice! Everything was very well maintained and super clean. The pools were wonderful and with the bistro and coffee shop we spent most of our time on site. Everyone was super friendly and polite. We would definitely go back!

We love staying at the Palms. This was our 2nd time and we went thru RealJoy. They were Amazing!!! The condo was exactly as described, a great value, and super clean!! We will definitely use RealJoy again when we come back. There is nothing that we don’t like. We love the staff, the pools, the restaurant, and the two condos we have used.

Everything was great, only issue was the very loud noise the toilet in the second bedroom makes when flushed. I also think that even though it was stated prior to us booking that more supplies, such as, trash bags, toilet paper, and towels should be provided according to the amount of guests that are staying. Other than having to constantly wash towels, everything was great!!! Unit was clean, beds were comfortable, showers were always hot and water pressure was great!!! The pool area was the absolute best!! Would definitely recommend!!

We are happy to know that you thought this unit was clean with comfortable beds, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused by the number of supplies offered. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping leaves a limited amount/starters of such products as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, and dish detergent. The Campus was nice with convenient parking. It’s centrally located to restaurants and stores. It is not really within walking distance to the beach. Definitely need to drive or ride the shuttle. Kitchen was stocked. Only issue was bathrooms. The toilets were loud and shower leaked. Overall it was a good place to stay.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this condo! The Palms of Destin Resort was amazing with our 3 kids. Having a restaurant, coffee shop, outdoor bar by the pool, arcade games, splash pad, and the best pool in Destin made our stay so enjoyable and easy. We also didn’t mind driving to the public beaches we wanted to go to, even though the condo offers a shuttle to a couple. We definitely highly recommend RealJoy’s too! The one time we contacted their office they were super helpful, informative, and quick. We had an amazing trip!

Full apartment, well furnished. We loved the outdoor pools and amenities. Right on the main strip and a 5 minute drive to the beaches. The balcony is great, but in direct sunlight in the morning… too bright to stay out and enjoy! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Wow I can’t say enough about this place! It was so clean, like clean clean. The location is perfect, you’re walking distance to the beach, there’s a Walmart and dollar tree right next door, the aquarium is a short driving distance, and there’s a lot of food choices around. Yes, your view is the dollar tree AND to the beach- which is beautiful. The pools are nice. There’s a spa and a nice warm pool aside from a larger one. Also, the floors have been updated to a nice wooden floor. The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking I would just recommend bringing a pan to be able to heat food in the oven. Overall this place is perfect for a family.

unit 1814 has been updated, it beautiful, better than the pictures. new couch and carpet has been change to wood vinyl floors. be prepared to bring extra garbage bags, but had enough toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels. the resort is very nice but be prepared for some restrictions in the pool area, no drinks allowed near the pool not even if you are in the hot tub so if you want to enjoy a drink while u relax in the water security will make u get out the pool. bring a rolling cart to bring up your stuff and if you are bringing groceries, the walk from the garage into the towers is challenging if you have to make more than 2 trips. the restaurant is pretty slow and breakfast is just ok. plenty of places to walk to eat, a Walmart close by, you can walk if you enjoy walking. the shuttle to take you across to the beach runs slow so be prepared to wait over 30 mins for it to pick you up. crossing over through a busy street is safe, just make sure you are at the pedestrian walk and wait till light changes completely. we walked to the beach every day because shuttle was too slow. overall this is a beautiful resort, and condos are very comfortable and clean. their pool area, heated pool, hot tub pool and kids splash pad was a hit, will definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing experience. The check in process was seamless and we got to experience everything that was promised to us. The unit actually looks better than the pictures because the unit no longer has carpet but instead has upgraded floors. You can see the beach from the room and the location was in the center of everything. When I travel back to Destin, I would definitely stay here again! Love, love, loved this property.

This condo is very nice. I almost didn’t book it because the photos have carpet. They have replaced the carpet with beautiful floors that are hard wood/laminate.
This is the perfect sized space for a family of 3-4 people. I personally like privacy so I wouldn’t book with more people than this.
Beautifully decorated, tons of extra towels, and an extra blanket, pillows and sheets.
The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, eating utensils, etc., everything you need to cook a meal and eat in (if that’s your thing). The only other thing that would have been nice to see included is a foldable wagon or cart. This would make carrying grocery, supplies, etc a breeze and much more convenient. I’d suggest bringing your own if you have small kids and/or you know you will be carrying a lot of heavy stuff. The garage is a bit of a walk to and from the condo. It wasn’t a problem, it just would make your trips more efficient and easier.
We had some very minor cleanliness issues but it didn’t interrupt our stay. I reported it after check out so that it’s squared away for the next guests.
The view was as pictured. You have to cross the street to get to the ocean but you can definitely see it in clear view from the condo. Very nice!
There is a dollar tree, Jamaican restaurant, Walmart, and a few other essentials within walking distance.
If you’ll have a vehicle, there’s sooo many restaurants and shopping in the area.
Lastly, I’m very very very picky with hotel-type accommodations and spend a lot of time reading reviews before I book. This place didn’t disappoint! We enjoyed it and I’d definitely book this again!
