Welcome to The Palms of Destin #2210. This is a beautiful junior 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms! Offers a king in the master bedroom with balcony and ensuite bathroom access, a smaller guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed plus direct access to the second bathroom. This condo sleep 6 guests comfortably. A washer/dryer for your convenience, and a spacious living room. All the rooms have flat screen tv's if you want to relax after a long day at the beach. Located on 15 beautiful acres, The Palms of Destin Resort and Conference Center offers an unbeatable, upscale experience in the heart of Destin at an affordable price. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, kids' playground, tennis and basketball courts. You'll also be within walking distance of Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp Factory, The Back Porch (a Destin classic), Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jim-N-Nick's BBQ and Hooters.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges, and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area, and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

The Palms of Destin offers full size basketball courts and two lighted tennis courts, with complimentary equipment available from guest services in the resort lobby. The Palms of Destin also offers lessons and clinics taught by USPTA and USPTR tennis professionals.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air-conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant. Additional shuttles run to Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village along with Henderson State Park for a small fee. Please inquire with the front desk for information on shuttle times. The Palms is a smoke free complex with an array of amenities. Some amenities are occasionally closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The condo was exactly what we needed! Amenities were great too! The beach is a 3 minute drive. Wish there was a sound machine or something because the noise from the road outside of the master did wake us up early. Other than that it was great! Host was really responsive!

Check in was confusing, not a smart key where they send a code and you have access, you have to check in with a reception desk or security to get a room key.
The address RealJoy texted was wrong, the address in airbnb was correct. Most of the confusion was because no one was at the check-in desk where we wanted to ask for assistance, they were gone during open hours. Realjoy doesn’t have control over the condo staff, and said they will look into the address confusion. I was happy with RealJoy’s communication and concern on the matter.
We were happy with the condo and location. It was quiet and clean and an easy walk to the beach and easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We will stay again. Beds and furnitures were comfortable, plenty of dishes and cookware, appliances are in good condition.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The room was perfect. So spacious and perfectly accommodated our family with young kids! The pool was AMAZING. It was our four-year-old’s daily request! Everything we wanted to do from shopping to eating to fun was less than a ten minute drive! Also the property restaurant had incredible food, the gym was perfect for my vacation workouts, and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly! RealJoy communicated so clearly and stayed in touch with us often! We loved it and already plan on coming back!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and the room was perfect for what we needed. It can get a little loud from time to time, only because other people are in close proximity - so bring a sound machine or your own fan and that will do the trick. We would definitely stay here again.

The Palms of Destin was a super nice resort. It was within walking distance of the beach, the pool was huge and very nice, and the bar, coffeehouse, and restaurant attached to the resort was very delicious and affordable also. The only negative thing I will say if the section of beach that is offered for you to be at is very crowded in the afternoon. I would recommend going in the morning before lunch to enjoy the beach. Other than that, I will say we enjoyed our vacation away from home.
