Great place spend three nights out there , beach close by Also had a Shuttle bus to take you too n from you,. pool was amazing over all, great staff , room was amazing made feel right a home with all the kitchen amenities, clean fresh over all great view looking out the Balcony highly recommended real joy listing page , will book again on my next trip out to Destin

Our family of 5 enjoyed the location. It was centrally located with Wal-mart and Target not too far away. Beach access is a five minute walk to a public beach, or a short drive to Henderson State Park. Great family amenities- pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts. The gym is also spacious and has a lot of the necessary equipment. The large pool is great and they also have a large hot tub and smaller heated pool.
The second bedroom is quite small. Not a lot of space for extra storage. We were fine having the luggage in the living room, but it could also be stored in the master bedroom which has a spacious closet and more storage space.
RealJoy was easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. They were responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
Would definitely stay here again.

The pool is so nice The girls at the bar are drinking and drunk, bad attention on their part, the food is overheated and with a bad taste

Location was great and exactly as advertised. Easy check in process. It’s a little walk from the parking garage and to the beach but not bad at all. Condo was clean and great space and location. Will be back!

Was plenty to do at resort, several pools, nice staff, nicely located. Plenty of bedding and towels... Only think which is petty, but could maybe stock up w more silverware. There was 5 of us, and I think only 4 forks. We were constantly washing to use before we had a dishwasher half way full Overall, recommend if you don't care about a beach view

Amazing place to stay while in Destin, minutes away from the Beach. In a perfect location to discover all the Eateries. The All Meat Pizza from the Bistro at the Palms is a must have. I had it 3times while I was there ??

The facility was nice. Great coffee shop and restaurant. Great pool area. Awesome shuttle service, would like to see more stops added. Easy to use tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and nice equipment. The size of the unit was perfect for me, my husband and our two 14 year old boys, but we would have been uncomfortable if we would have had any more. The bedroom with the trundle beds was very small, there was enough space to pull out the bed and walk to the bathroom. It would not have been comfortable for adults in my opinion. I would recommend this property. The pool area was also very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. I just wish that we had sheets for all the beds, pillow cases, and comforters. It wasn't very clean either. Still, it was located near everything! The pool area and service was awesome! Check in and out was awesome! We had a lovely room, view, and time. I'd definitely go again.

This is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. We’ve had bad luck with hotels in the past - this resort was beautiful. The bistro has the best food around and being minutes from the beach was great!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and tidy. It had all the pots, pans, baking dishes, dishes and silverware we needed plus some...I was surprised to see the toaster, blender, electric can opener! We didn’t use the beach bus shuttle because we had so much beach stuff and we were doing our best to stay socially distant. We drove the two minute drive to the beach access just across 98 (it was super crowded) or drove five minutes to Henderson beach state park (so much more space to spread out). The restaurant and coffee on site is good and they do to-go orders. The Back Porch is just a couple minutes away. It was lovely.

Lovely condo! The 2nd bedroom was way smaller than expected but we only needed it to sleep! We went to the pool everyday, it was so relaxing and my children of course loved it! Will definitively use your services again :)
