We love snowbirds accommodated our family perfectly. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The view off the balcony is great for morning coffee. Very good communication with the property manager. We would definitely consider staying again. I think the Palms itself could do a better job of marketing The Good Vibes bar and their drink soecials. We may have patronized them a bit more.

We enjoyed our stay! Could not have loved the pool more and great location not too far from the beach! Had everything we needed and close to a lot of fun activities! Lots of amenities- loved the coffee shop on site.

This place was great for my family of 4. Lots to do around the area, fun pool/ hot tub. We loved the updated space and it was very clean. The only downside was it was a pretty far walk to the beach while trying to lug all your gear so I would suggest taking the shuttle or driving your own car!

This unit was clean and exactly what we were expecting for our quick getaway. Clean, nicely decorated, and exactly what the listing described. Plenty of shower towels. Bring your own beach towels. Close to Walmart and Target right down the road if you need to purchase anything. If planning to cook in the condo, you will need to buy seasonings. Overall very happy with our stay! Thank you!

Condo was just as pictured . Everything is updated and very clean . The property is 10/10. The kids loved the swimming pool area - very kid friendly. The bistro downstairs has really good tacos and fresh food . The gourmet coffee is a plus in the cafe ! Would definitely stay here again

I am pretty particular when I am looking for a place to stay for our family vacations. I look at all amenities and location that will benefit everyone. I just have to say the resort offered so much more than we expected! My family & I just loved everything that was offered and it accommodated all of us. The pool oasis was absolutely gorgeous, the game activities were a hit for my husband and son, the cafe for me, the gym for all of us, the grill’s by the tennis court where we played pickle ball and so much more. We definitely loved the carts which made moving our luggage and groceries so easy to our condo. The barista at the Cafe was super sweet and the coffee selection was really nice. I just loved my White Mocha Pumpkin Spiced Latte. Playing corn hole was fun! I could go on forever about the resort. Believe me we will be back and will recommend The Palms of Destin over and over again. Oh and one more thing the fast response in questions was great! We will book with Real Joy again!

The condo was in a great location in Destin! Minutes to the public beach, great eating, etc. the resort offers a fun stay for families, beautiful pool, and plenty of on site amenities. We got in late so the check-in process was a bit confusing. The property manager communicated effectively and very thoroughly. One warning to parents with young children going to bed early, loud music booms until 10pm. Be aware of this if your kids struggle falling asleep! But overall the stay was great, condo was adorable and very comfortable!

The unit was as advertised, very clean and updated decor. Minor issues with beds, the King mattress seemed to be too big for the box spring and the top bunk mattress very thin and uncomfortable. Also since weather was uncooperative could have used more blankets. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. Overall we had a great time.

Great stay with great weather. Great pools with an easy walk to the beach. Bring a beach wagon it was very helpful to have. Lots of parking in the parking garage with carts to take your stuff inside. The condo was exactly as described.

We loved staying at the palms in this condo. The condo was extremely clean with plentiful fresh linens, the beds were comfy and the balcony had great views. The check in process was so easy. We stayed for 5 days and never once heard anyone while we were in our condo. It was quiet and perfect. We went end of February and the big pool was cold since they don’t heat it. There is one small pool that they do heat that we spent most of our time in and the hot tub is enjoyable too! The grounds were well kept and clean. The pool area is perfect for little kids and big kids! The walk in entry was a great place for my 1 year old and 3 year old to play in. We loved staying here and will most definitely be going back! One thing to note is the kitchen is not stocked with any spices or salt so if you plan on cooking, make sure you bring all of your own seasonings! Otherwise all of the dishes and pots and pans were exactly what we needed!

We had a great 4 night stay here! The place was clean, check in was easy (tip: if you arrive after front desk is closed, call the number on reservation to speak with security to get your wrist bands and building code), and parking plentiful. The public beach is across the highway, but an easy drive or walk, albeit a decent walk). My daughter absolutely LOVED the bunk beds and TV setup, actually cried because she didn’t want to leave that setup! Thanks for a great stay, will be looking to book again for another trip!

Wonderful and accommodating property. Easy check in process and very clean property. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the condo was vs pictures they don’t do it justice. Well stocked kitchen and lots of beach toys, chairs, and umbrella at the condo. My only complaints was that there were queen sheets on the king bed and the shuttle only runs on the weekends to the beach during off season (early Oct visit). Highly recommend Henderson beach vs the public beach across from the condo. Worth the extra couple minutes trip by car. The pools were great for small children hoever only one small pool is heated the larger pools are not and very chilly for a Oct visit. Overall very pleased with this stay.

Room was great, location of the condos are great, you’re not directly on the ocean but if your like us with littles you know the ocean itself isn’t where you plan to spend tons of time. The lagoon pool is so much fun and perfect for kids. Room was clean, cute and super functional for kids with the bunk room. My only complaint would be the king bed seems to be a little broke down. Kind of felt like we were gonna roll off the bed each side but with some addition of supports I am sure that can be easily remedied. We will be returning in the future!

My husband, 4 kids and I had a wonderful stay! Check in was simple and staff were all great. Our condo was just like the pictures showed, the perfect home away from home. We had the perfect views, from the pool right down below to the Gulf right across the road. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I wished the Palms had was a heated pool (the smaller pool is heated but we didn't realize this until our 2nd day there). The larger pool is very cold in April.
