Palms Resort #2713 Jr. 2BR

Was hesitant to book with RealJoy at the start due to some low reviews due to poor communication, but this was not the case with us at all. They were VERY responsive; I was impressed. Everything was great! Bed was comfortable, view was great. Response time was great! Place was great & WalMart was close to get seasonings and groceries. The only thing that was a little misleading was the pictures showed the lazy river, which was part of the local water park and not the resort. But the exercise facilities and pool were awesome. Would highly recommend a deep sea fishing trip with Jared at 850 Charters while you stay here! Thanks for a lovely vacation!

We loved The Palms in Destin. walking distance to the beach. On-site restaurant was well priced and the food was delicious. My kids lived the karaoke night. Condo is close to Wal-mart and many restaurants.

Absolutely love the property love the condo. My only feedback would be the second bedroom. There’s no place to put anything if you’re able to add some additional table or something that’s the only criticism I have.

Our stay was lovely! The condo was as pictured, clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed. Check in was easy. The property has a nice coffee shop and restaurant/bar. Large pool is not heated and was too cold to use, but the smaller pool was heated nicely and the hot tub is large. The beaches and the ocean water are so clean and beautiful! Many restaurants and shopping within short driving distance. We would stay here again!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Super easy to book and best of all Real Joy was super responsive and very helpful with my million questions leading up to and even during our stay. The condo was as exactly as advertised. Very clean unit and updated throughout. The Palms lagoon pool was a plus. We love the beach but also love the option of several pool days. The staff at the Palms of Destin were very helpful and extremely welcoming. The property overall was very well kept. I love the option of having a gym when I travel and there was a nice size gym on property with lots of free weights and machines. I will say that the people who used the gym before me definitely don’t know gym etiquette. So I took the time to “clean up” the free weight area so no one would get hurt by tripping over equipment sprawled out everywhere. Honestly it wasn’t an inconvenience so I didn’t even bother mentioning it to the front desk. Overall we were very pleased with everything!!

Loved the condo, the location is perfect, the pools are awesome, loved the restaurant, great entertainment, the food was excellent! Very easy to book, check in and out. The condo wasn’t super clean though. Feel like they need a new maid service. If it was cleaner it would of been perfect!

I have no complaints about my stay. The condo looked like it was recently updated, it was very clean and has a great view of the pool area and ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived late, almost midnight, security answered my call quickly and met me at the front desk with my check in packet. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The condo was very nice and had everything you needed, except beach chairs/toys. The master bed was SO comfortable. The grounds to the facility were well maintained and everything was clean. The restaurant/bar area probably needed more staffing due to the size of the facility, which caused some wait at times, but the food was good. Overall this was a great stay.

The unit and location was great. Only complaints were that the tv remotes were dying so we were at the mercy of the remote to watch tv especially in master bedroom and the comforter on the top bunk had some little blue dots stuck to it that actually grossed my 12 year old out. Otherwise perfect.

The location was perfect! You're pretty much in the middle of everything and nothing is more than a 10 minute drive away. The beach is right across the street, the pools are phenomenal, and the room was clean, neat, and easily accessible. We are definitely going to be back here in the future!
