The location was excellent. Pools and tiki bar bartenders were great I didn’t like that all the resorts as far as the eye could see had beach chairs from the entry of the ocean almost to the entry of the beach was full of beach chairs and umbrellas. This was daily from 8-5. So we couldn’t enjoy the beach til after 5pm when they removed the chairs. That’s just my personal opinion. We still had a great time and the timing was perfect because the weather was cooling off about that time. Facilities and grounds were excellent. Great place to stay

We stayed here in Spring of 2023 and loved it so much we booked the same condo for our family vacation in Summer 2024. Perfect amount of space for us, loved the corner unit with balconies overlooking the pools and gulf. Made for the perfect spot to sip morning coffee and watch for dolphins or have an evening cocktail and listen to the live music at the tiki bar.

We had a great stay last month/beginning of this month! Amazing views, easy access to beach, pools& hot tub were awesome! The only down I would say about the particular place would be the master bathroom shower. Bad location for a shower head as water leaks on the floor. Overall, Would definitely recommend & be back ourselves. Our daughter did not want to leave!

La vista frente al mar,el apartamento muy bonito y cómodo Excepcional La instalación está deteriorada ,no se corresponde con el apartamento. Los alrededores de la piscina sin pintura ,las sillas de piscina en muy mal estado ,los elevadores pésimos,el piso de la instalación no tenia lozas se que es de playa pero hay lozas antirresbalable que le darían otra vista,el Resort no está detallado como la habitación y eso le resta . En la playa tienes que pagar por las sombrillas que a las 5:00 las recogen y es la hora que se disfruta la playa por el calor que hace en el resto del dia Lo que más me disgustó es que no tiene un restaurant donde el día que desees puedas ir a comer

First time in Destin and this place left a lasting impression. Absolutely beautiful and great location. Sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the sunrise. The shower head in the master bath is placed oddly as the floor gets wet upon entering, but other than that had an amazing stay.

Thank so much for sharing this beautiful condo with us. There isn’t nothing to say besides everything was amazing! The beach view was perfect but this place has a little more to offer. Not only did it have a beautiful beach view but it had a amazing view of the sunrise. We stayed in the master bedroom an woke up to it every morning. The second balcony off the master bedroom made it peaceful to watch the sunrise.
We will definitely come back here am will be booking another trip very soon! Thank you so much!

The place was great and just perfect for our time there. Hope to return again. The bathroom just needed to be cleaned around the shower and the shower head was not adjustable which made it hard to get in and out of the shower.

About a week prior to our arrival we received information that there would be construction comencing. The pool with the beach entry was not available at all for us and that was dissapointing as they were painting the exterior while we were there. The noise was tolerable though. Just a few things that could be improved: The lock to the door was somewhat tough to figure out as it just keeps turning clockwise but never stops. It took awhile before we could be sure we had the door locked and secure. Never encountered a lock like this! One addition which would be greatly appreciated would be coffee filters available and a mornings worth of coffee provided. Better yet, upgrade to a Kurig coffee maker and be sure to tell guests to bring their own pods. I had to call management to find out what kind of coffee maker and brought some grounds but neglected to bring filters. Just troublesome to have to take care of! Otherwise, the beach, chair rentals, staff for bar and food were great. Would love to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican 501, property was clean, view was exceptional! The first morning we woke up to no water, called the property management line and got a response right away. Found out there was a water main break that affected the whole building but it was being worked on and water was restored fairly quickly. Great responsiveness and communication. We will definitely be back.

great location in proximity to the beach, felt like we were on the beach just hanging out on the balcony. impeccable AirBnB, will definitely book again. A couple things I would like to have improved:
1. Floors needed sweeping & mopping. walking barefoot when we first checked in left our feet filthy.
2. refresh the pillows and bed linens, they were stained, hairs were handing off some of them, and the bed linings were dirt stained at the bottom but very visible
3. the TVs were not compatible with our phones, only the living room TV was a smart TV.
4. The master bedroom shower shoots right out the door when opening and the head doesn’t adjust downward so the water is caught inside.
Everything else was amazing, would strongly recommend booking!!

This condo had such a wonderful view. It was also very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, and ample towels, blankets, and pillows were provided. The condo is actually a bit bigger than it appears in the pictures, which was a nice surprise. The cafe downstairs had a delightful breakfast too. Be sure to book beach service in advance if you want to be in the front row, but overall it was a great stay!

We could not have asked for a better experience for our 40th Anniversary Getaway! Everything was exactly as advertised. For us, the view alone from the living room and balcony was worth the stay. Then, when you throw in the beach chair/umbrella rental, multiple swimming pools and the cafe, it made for a wonderful 4 days. If and when we ever go back, I will definitely check to see if this unit is available!

This was honestly one of the best condos my family and I have ever stayed in. Most of the time the pictures always look a little bit better than the real thing. That wasn’t the case with this condo. My husband and I and 3 teenage girls stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. There was so much space and the views were perfect. Everything was clean and updated. We were right on the beach and we loved the tiki bar that was right between the pools. We ate breakfast a few times at the cafe and also reserved beach chairs and an umbrella on some of the busier beach days. They even had a waitress from the tiki bar come out to the beach and wait on people. We were close to pretty much any restaurant we wanted to eat at. We also rented a golf cart for the week which the girls absolutely loved. We were able to ride on any road except for the main hwy but we were able to cross it, so that made it possible to reach every destination by back roads which allowed us to see a lot of Destin. We will most definitely be staying here again for our next trip to Destin. The only suggestion I have is that there be a hair dryer in the unit and some oven mits. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there wasn’t a hair dryer, and with 4 girls we desperately needed one. We did t do a whole lot of cooking in the condo but there were a couple nights where we fixed some late night snacks in the oven. The kitchen is stocked with lots of oots and pans, dinnerware and silverware, but there were no oven mits anywhere to be found, so we just used rags. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Absolutely stunning views from this corner unit. The windows and views are the best the resort has to offer. Having a view from the master bedroom with balcony access with screen door was perfect. Literally was able to listen to the waves from my bed. Completely updated and very clean, couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend!

we have stayed at this resort a few times but this room was by far the cleanest and most updated that we have stayed. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view is unbelievable with the 2 windows in the front room. It is on the 5th floor and very close to elevator. Perfect location. The master bedroom also has a balcony.

We absolutely loved this condo. We only really encountered an issue when trying to enjoy the beach. The area reserved for resort guests was so congested that we tried to sit to the side and a manager from the neighboring condo ran us off. So my husband and I had to get in the car and drive down the road and pay park fees to sit at Henderson State Park. A preference I guess, but all those chairs out front are not used yet they take up so much space. We loved how close we were to everything though. Overall it was great.
