What a wonderful Stay the the Point of Veiw Realjoy property. From start to finish my experience and my guest experience was exceptional. Ms. Danielle and Ms. Lisa headed an all-star team of support. The parking is tight with only two outdoor spaces, so haing full-size or suv type vehicles can present an issue. Also, the kitchen could use some cooking utensils upgrades, but being aware of that in previously reviews ... we were prepared. Bang for your buck, quality support and reasonable cost made this choice of location an absolute no brainer. Exceptional view and access to the beach. It was amazing listening to ocean as we went to sleep and woke up! Nothing better then walking down stairs and be in Destin’s beautiful sand! Could use better kitchen supplies but looking out windows and doors make up for it!

The location and layout were perfect for the team retreat we had planned. We were right on the beach and found everything to be relaxing. The property managers were incredibly responsive and checked in on us regularly. We would consider staying here again; we talked about coming with kids, but there were no tubs, so that was our only concern, although I have a feeling the kids would get through it with a smile.

The view was amazing! The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The host checked on us multiple times throughout the stay which was nice. We also loved having a few restaurants like Soleil and Camille’s in walking distance. The Publix was a short drive too to restock the fridge. Would have been nice to have shampoos and bath soaps in the bathrooms. Also could have used a few beach towels and extra chairs (only 2 were provided with beach service). Neither one of these were a big deal though!

The location is everything you want and more. Great to communicate with team - they were super helpful when we arrived. House was clean and ready for us. Before check in they also reached out and answered a lot of questions. Would for sure book with RealJoy and this house again.

The location has a beautiful beach view and is in a nice area of town! The house has lots of space and great sleeping arrangements to accommodate a multi-family vacation. The property management staff was friendly and easy to contact for assistance. They resolved issues quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!! As others noted, an area for improvement is the parking. Only 3 spaces are available. An idea for improvement would be for the management company to have pre-planned offsite parking arrangements available to guest. One other area I recommend to improve is the beach chair service. It was first come first serve, and even when arriving early, on multiple days, all the other front row chairs were already reserved for others. It would be great if the unit had pre-reserved front row chairs for each day. Other than that, all was great!!

This long weekend with our children and grandchildren was perfection!! The house layout was perfect, the location was perfect and the beach/weather cooperated too! We just rented this place over the spring break with family and friends. There are total of 17 of us or 4 families, and everyone enjoyed this location, cleanliness and direct access to the beach. There are a lot of very good place to eat out, Publix grocery store is close by and seafood market is about 10 minutes drive where you can get fresh oysters, fish and shrimps. We grilled them by the grill provided outside. Managed to park 4 cars (3 small/medium sized SUVs and 1 Ford Expedition) :-). Note that the garage is tight. There is parking by the street but easily gets filled up and you can’t park it overnight. Our overall experience is outstanding and we’ll rent this place again in the future!

You cannot beat the location of this place and the views! Nice, quiet area within reasonable distance to walk to several restaurants! While I give this place a 5-star rating, I see a little bit of opportunity for some general TLC, although, anything we needed Realjoy was super pleasant and responsive!!!

The place was absolutely amazing! Location was 10/10! Definitely recommend the space! We had 16 people in the house and had plenty of room! We did have a few things that went wrong during our stay but they did promptly fix them within 1 day.

Great updated house directly on a private beach. You walk down your stairs and you are walking on the soft white sand right out into the water. Great response time from property manager if we needed anything. Will definitely book again!! Nicole

We are an extended family of 13, including 7 adults and 6 children. Overall I would recommend this house to anybody looking for quick beach access and many beds. Pros: access to beach, layout of house, number of beds, overall location. Cons: cleanliness of house. I'm sure it can be difficult to clean such a large house but there were clogged showers and sinks, sand on the floor, and the couches could have used a deep clean. It was livable but being cleaner would have made it the ultimate stay.

Perfect location and such a great house! I would definitely recommend this house to a larger group of people, it had plenty of space. The location was absolutely perfect. The only thing I would recommend is getting new hinges on the doors because they are extremely rusty and the screws kept falling out. The tv’s were a little glitchy when we tried to connect the computers to them. Other than that, I would totally stay here again!!

The property was just as advertised which was great because it was my first time renting a vacation house. The beach was amazing. There were plenty of linens provided and my neices and nephews enjoyed the beach toys provided. We just had a slight problem with bugs on the second floor which is where the kitchen is located. I'm unsure if that is due to the location of the house or something else. And we were able to see dolphins from our balcony in morning which was amazing.

The property was great for our group. The 5 rooms gave us lots of room. It was only lacking a few things: pot holders, cookie sheets and salt and pepper. It would be nice if there were a few basic staples.

Our week spent at Pointe of View was everything anyone would want for a relaxing, beach vacation filled with perfect, unobstructed views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The home itself is comfortable with plenty of space for all guests. Each floor has a deck that overlooks the beautiful emerald ocean with direct beach access. There was one sink that was not draining properly and the property manager was very quick to respond and offer to have the issue addressed immediately. The management company was great to work with, will definitely rent from them again! The only complaint is that of the public beach directly next to the private beach associated with the property, still plenty of space for the property’s guests with a set of chairs included, but the public does tend to want to drift over into the more private section. Nothing that deterred from the week, just the only true complaint. If you want paradise with a view, book this property!!

Location was awesome. It is situated directly on the beach, with easy access to beach services as well as several restaurants. The furniture on the balcony was incredibly comfortable and we spent hours just looking at the ocean. The property itself is close to many other restaurants and multiple grocery and shopping venues. Multiple sleeping areas and multiple bathrooms help keep the group happy.. Air conditioning was adequate. The kitchen had many appliances, cooking items. Parking was very tight. We only had one car but if the other properties have large SUVs it makes it very difficult to get in and out. Would recommend adding a Keurig. Property obviously shows we are in care of being a rental location, but didn’t really affect us.

And to make up for the problems, they even gave us a gift card and a birthday cake and champagne. I just wish they could have made the water a little warmer. ?

The property was just as it was described, beautiful and clean inside with lots of room for our family of 5. Located right on the beach. We experienced hurricane Sally while on our vacay and the house held up! Yah, there was a leak in the lower bedroom, but we made it work and the maintenance folks were super nice and accommodating. I would recommend paying some attention to the under part of the condo and the walk way to the beach, it was full of trash and could use a rake. If I had a rake I would have done it myself. We did pick up some trash to help out (this was before the hurricane blew in fyi). Two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided daily which was a plus and we had plenty of towels to shower with after being out and about. My husband read the previous reviews on the lower king guest bed being uncomfortable before we got there and hoped the mattress was replaced, it wasn't. Actually the mattress wasn't the issue at all, it is the frame underneath, it had no support so it caused a sagging feel. We showed the maintenance man when he was there for the broken fan blade which they took care of right away and he said he would let the property owner know. No parking issues at all. Small garage fit one vehicle and we had two more spots which was nice for the massage therapists we hired to come onsite while the hurricane blew threw. I felt like we were taken care of and we all had a nice time regardless of the hurricane.
