Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family-friendly complex. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach with plenty of lounge chairs around the deck, and the pool is also heated in the spring, March through mid-April. The complex is beautifully maintained with well-manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and tropical palm trees. You'll be a short 3-minute walk to the Emerald waters and white sandy beaches. Located only 2 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community has shops and restaurants that are only a short ride away. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Cafe 30A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeathers, pizza at Angelina's.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Exactly as advertised and exactly what we expected. The kitchen was well stocked. All appliances and necessary equipment were in good working order. Easy access to the beach. Ver good family stay
Wasn't aware beforehand that condo was on the 3rd floor with no elevator access, but the property was clean and as advertised otherwise. Beach access wasnt real clear, but close enough to find.- Posted: 7/23/2023

The property is clean, very well located and the customer service is impeccable. Anytime access for a question or issue and several messages checking on me.
The only thing I would do different is I would bring my own garbage bags. They only have one very small wastebasket with even smaller trash bags. There is a dumpster on site and it is easy to dispose of garbage just need something to hold more of it.
The beach and the water there Are both magnificent! My only complaint with that is that condos on the beachside block off large sections for private use only and leave a smaller than needed space for public Beach. This also causes you to have a 350 yard walk to the beach rather than a 150 yard walk to the beach.
All in all a very good option with comfortable beds, nice facilities, and a very desirable location. Customer service is the best.- Posted: 6/4/2022

Great Visit
It is exactly as pictured in the advertisement. Very easy access to Seaside as well as Rosemary. The pool wasn't busy and the beach was a close walk. Several great restaurants close by. Loved it and will return.- Posted: 10/14/2021

Very good value for the money! The condo was nice in a quiet neighborhood. Several good places to eat within distance. Do not make the mistake we did relying on Uber or Lyft. Almost impossible to get a ride during busy times like dinner or checkout. Took 1.5 hours to book a ride back to the airport- Posted: 6/19/2021
