Sandpiper Cove is a 43-acre gated resort located on the exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This expansive resort offers amazing amenities including private beach access, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six lighted tennis courts, horseshoes, pickle ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, and Bocce Ball courts, plus a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Additionally, the resort includes a beach pavilion that serves food and beverages, BBQ grills onsite, and a Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant.

Relaxing start to retirement celebration

Beautiful place to relax and unwind, had a wonderful time!
Clean updated perfect location for beach pool golf and dining! Need a bath mat maybe in the tub and probably would be a good idea to put up a hand rail in the shower. Need more toilet paper and garbage bags. Would like to see more area rugs or runners, but other than that place was wonderful!- Posted: 10/25/2024

Amazing rental
We were overall very happy with our stay at this condo. The property is well maintained and secure. It is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed tagging along with us. I appreciated the over communication from management in regards to check in and how to get a hold of them if we needed anything. For the price it is a GREAT rental. The location in Destin was ideal, the private beach was great, the pools/hot tub are well maintained, and we had a great vacation with the help of this condo. The only advise I would give to future renters here is bring your own bedding, it did not take from the experience but it is the one thing I would do differently if I were to go back.- Posted: 10/12/2024

Check in at the gate was super easy. Code access to the unit was super easy. The unit appeared to be recently updated/detailed with perfect paint, new or newer appliances, nice furnishings, and good dinnerware and cooking utensils for the meals where you may want to cook in. Our unit was a bit of a hike to the beach, but there is access to private vehicle parking at the beach so not a real problem. Very nice beach area. The pools were well maintained and it felt like any unit had pretty easy access to one of the 5 options. The short pitch and put golf course winding through the complex was a neat option for the person confident enough in their short game to ignore the many windows! We had 2 maintenance issues come up that were addressed and fixed quickly. We will definitely consider this complex for another trip.- Posted: 9/25/2024
