Sandprints A3 sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a nice pack-n-play for the little traveler in your group. Located only a short stroll to the beach, parking steps away from your door in this first-floor unit, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable! Come experience the beach life and make special memories at Sandprints A3.
Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with a gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach and several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget-conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Discover why so many guests return to Sandprints year after year!

You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My husband and I enjoyed the Emerald Coast for a long weekend and Sandprints A3 was the perfect place to do it from. It is an ideal location being just a block from the beach and a few blocks from the main drag that will get you to all the fun local places. The space was just as described and the perfect size for us to really be able to relax and enjoy. The parking right out the door was awesome. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and lovely. A3 had everything we needed for a great time in the area.- Posted: 3/30/2025

As soon as we walked inside the apartment we felt like home, everything was neat, clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, etc and lots of storage around the entire place. The kids had a great time in the pool which was right behind the apartment and the beach is only a block away. The only complaint that we had was the noise coming from the second floor from the tenants foot steps, etc. while we were getting ready to go to bed, seemed there is no sound barrier between the floors, other than that it was awesome, totally recommend.- Posted: 7/28/2024

Cute place
It was a cute place . Loved the location. Close to beach. Pool right across the yard. Had an issue with parking and it was handled promptly. Didn't cook but kitchen was well stocked. Only issue we had was upstairs people were walking very hard at all hours of the night. We would stay again.- Posted: 6/22/2024

Excellent stay and location!
Property was listed exactly as you’ll find. Had enough necessities to get you off to a good start. Perfect spot to rest up on the back porch overlooking the pool. Grill was conveniently right outside of the back door as well. 5 stars. Would definitely enjoy staying here again!- Posted: 7/28/2023

Lovely Beach House aesthetics

Came here for a peaceful beach vacation and got just that. Great condo, only a few minutes walk from public beach access. Nice kitchen, good fridge. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from photos.
