Sandprints A4 is a second-story, 2 level condo located in the heart of Miramar Beach. This lovely, 2 bedroom unit is located on the second and third floor of the complex and features a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and balcony on the main level. You will love the new flooring and updates throughout! On the second level (3rd floor), you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with a stand-up shower. There is also a balcony on this level. The living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll love being only a short stroll from the beautiful emerald Gulf waters! With parking just steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you’ll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family Spring Vacation
Amazing stay! This property was so spacious and had everything we could need, even a beach umbrella. We had 5 adults in the property with plenty of space to move around. The condo was easy to get into instructions were accurate. Both balconies were excellent one in the morning and the other for sunsets in the evening everything was there to get you started dishwasher washer dryer.The month was too short ?. Beach was 350 yards excellent for your morning walk with coffee.

We had such a fabulous time during our stay! The place was beautiful and was perfect for our family of 5.
The condo was clean, updated and location was perfect! We were less than a 5 minute walk to the beach in front of Pompano Joe’s. Beach chairs were provided in the entryway closet or you could rent them in front of the restaurant. The pool was clean, quiet and perfect for the kids.

Miramar beach trip
We rented this unit for 5 nights. Everything was clean and fresh. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There was no noise from the other units and road noise was minimal. It looked exactly like the pictures and we would stay here again. The only that we think that needs to be changed is the bottom of the stairs. The landing blends in with the floor and you will miss the step when going down if you are not careful. A small rug there might help people remember to step down,- Posted: 6/28/2022

Miramar Relaxation

GREAT CONDO IN AMAZING LOCATION
The condo was beautiful! It had everything we needed and more! A quick walk to the beach, and it had everything you needed so you don't need to pack beach stuff! 6 beach chairs, 2 coolers, a beach cart, umbrella, sand toys, towels...this condo has all of that ready to go! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to have a few meals at home. The property manager Bill was very helpful! The pool was nice to go relax in after a long day. I recommend McGuires Pub, The Donut Hole, and the Back Porch. We will definitely stay here again!- Posted: 7/16/2021

Can’t Beat the Location!
With a two minute walk to the beach & Pompano Joe’s, and less than a mile to Alvins Island Surf Shop, ice cream and coffee, you can’t beat this location! Highway 98 is easily accessible to get to the harbor for water sports and Bay Town Wharf for lots of land fun (shopping, restaurants, golf, arcade, zip line, ropes course, etc). Bill was responsive to all of our questions before our trip and super accommodating to our needs throughout or stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make all of your meals at home, there are a few public charcoal grills outside and Bill had everything we would need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, inflatables for pool or beach, caddy/cart, cooler(s)-one small & medium sized) ready for our use which meant less packing! The outdoor pool is spacious and rarely crowded. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this rental and will definitely be back!- Posted: 4/5/2021
