It is the ideal spot for a small family retreat! Shoeless Joe sleeps 4 comfortably with a king bed in the bedroom and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Located only a short stroll to beautiful emerald Gulf waters, parking steps away from your door, and a gorgeous, centrally located pool, you'll have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and memorable! Located just a couple blocks from the Miramar Beach access and Pompano Joe’s, you will find Sandprints. This low-rise complex is designed as a horseshoe with the gated pool in the center and is tucked into a beach neighborhood. It boasts a short walk to the beach, along with several restaurants nearby. Each unit features a full kitchen along with a washer/dryer for your convenience. For the budget conscious guest, it is a home run! The complex is also convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Grand Boulevard Town Center. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

It was great!

It was very clean and spacious. It was close to the beach. This listing was listed as beachfront and it was not. It was short walking distance from the beach which was nice, but I was upset it was listed incorrectly. Normally other listings say 500ft, 1500ft, etc in the listing and this one did not. My mom is disabled and so we were looking for something on the beach for easier access.

Definitely recommend this place! The perfect size for a small group and the perfect walking to the beach. The host is very nice and will check in on you! They also provide a few beach chairs and blankets

Location was very nice and fully stocked with everything we needed. Upstairs neighbors very loud and could hear every step. Low water pressure and slow drain. Bed was comfortable and extra pillows and linens were a great help.

We had a great stay at this beach condo. It's a short walk to the beach and had all the basic amenities we needed. Being on the first floor, it can be noisy depending on the upstairs neighbors, but that's not the host's fault. The community is quiet and friendly, and it's in a good location near lots of stores and restaurants.

Everything was great! One of the best features was they already have pretty much all you need for the beach already like chairs, umbrellas etc and even a wagon to put it all in. The bed was nice and the TV’s were nice. The only negative thing I can say is it seemed the people upstairs never sat down. We cougar every step at all times of the day.

Great stay. Super close to the beach! Was nice to be able to walk to the beach and though we traveled with our own wagon they did have one available at the house!! Parking at the beach is hard so I’d really consider this place again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured, easy to find, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs & an umbrella in the place. Directions were clear, and when I had to call for assistance accessing the check in info, I was able to speak to a friendly customer service rep immediately, who promptly cleared up the issue. Beautiful place, comfortable bed, enough supplies for our stay. Great location with a short, easy walk to the beach and to Pompano Joe’s, which was our favorite restaurant of the week. Highly recommend - would stay again in a heartbeat!

The AirBNB is very nice. Walkable to the best white sandy beach. We went on walks and rented e-bikes. TV works great & shower is very nice. King bed comfortable. We liked sitting outside on patio.
