Located in the upcoming, resort-style community of 125 Crystal Beach, this newer townhome features 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably! On the first floor, guests will find two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, both with patio access, a full bathroom, and a garage entry. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Also on the second floor is a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, and a private balcony with a pool view. You will find granite countertops, stainless appliances, and top-of-the-line furnishings throughout this home. A low speed vehicle is available for an additional fee. This upcoming resort-style community is in a PRIME location; just 3 blocks from the spectacular, emerald-green waters of Crystal Beach in one direction, yet walking distance from the Destin Commons Shopping Center in the other. Vacation rentals in this new community have a unique feel. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area, and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great host. Very responsive. Home was very neat and clean. However, on the website it says the golf cart was included. When we arrived we were told it was a 500 deposit and $45/day to rent the golf cart which was a bummer. False advertising on that part being that was one of the MAIN reasons we rented it. Great get away
This was the perfect space for our family of 4. The kids loved the room with two twin beds. Even though it was chilly the kids still enjoyed the pool we had access too and it was just a short walk to the beach.- Posted: 3/7/2025

Very nice
Didn’t realize main living on second story,a lot of steps. Carry every thing up was a lot for older people like us! We were not aware of no cable tv. We had to stream everything. Everything was very well stocked in kitchen except no cookie sheet or pizza pan. Really nice property
The property was as nice as described. The condo was near shopping and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the shower didn't have a handle bar inside. There were also upgraded amenities throughout the condo.- Posted: 9/15/2024

Overall I give it 5 stars even though we had issues with the tv’s working in the down stairs bedrooms and the ceiling light in one of the rooms as well. Prompt attention was given in this issue but one tv and the ceiling light was not fixed it was only an issue due to my mother in love wanting to relax and watch tv in the bedroom- Posted: 8/4/2024

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, spacious (even bigger than the photos seemed), and close to everything! We loved being able to add the golf cart on and appreciated Destin commons and lots of restaurants being close by. The beach is also a 5 minute golf cart ride. The house was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was near Destin commons made it very convenient for our stay. You didn’t have to go far to find a grocery store either. We had a great stay, the townhome was very well kept and clean, we loved being so close to the pool and the golf cart rental was a MUST- so glad we did that! With 5 small kids I could not have imagined toting them and all of our things to the beach without it. We were very happy to have had that provided. Super clean and convenient!!!
We loved this unit! It was very clean and the location is ideal because it's right next to shopping, restaurants, and a beautiful stretch of beach! Our teenagers loved the pool, and the golf cart makes everything very convenient, so I highly recommend it! The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are comfortable.
