Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Maravilla Cottages within Maravilla Resort offer guests privacy and space, while still allowing access to the fabulous amenities. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool at Maravilla Resort. Plus, another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! You will also love the tennis courts, basketball courts, and the shuffleboard area. Please note that renters cannot drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had in incredible stay at SEA Ya on the Turnaround through RealJoy! It was a peaceful home with plenty of space and great accommodations for our whole family, especially our littles. Had 9 wonderful weeks in this beautiful house! The porch is amazing! Neighborhood is nice & quiet. Nice perk to use fitness center, heated pool & spa. Seven minute walk to the beautiful private beach. Better than the pictures
The house is much more spacious than it appears in the photographs, we were pleasantly surprised. Anything we needed to cook with was available. The upstairs bed was broke so we slept with our head toward our feet, it was no big deal, I hate calling maintenance when on vacation so we just let it be.- Posted: 1/21/2025

Our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids ages 7-13) had a wonderful time at this home! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get their R & R, yet wonderful kitchen and big table allowed for shared meals and games. One of the reasons we booked was specifically for the heated pool, but we ended up just hanging at the beach instead (easy walk down the street). our stay was the best we have rented with air BNB. the only thing we were slightly confused about was that golf carts for renters are not allowed but when booking they were as long as they were in the driveway. I'm assuming it was a new HOA policy, so we opted to not bother with one to follow the rules.
the location was perfect, short walk to the beach and far enough back where it was quiet and peaceful away from the busy streets.
my family and I felt comfortable and safe.
the host was very attentive and responded to any question I may have had.

This family home was perfect for my family vacation. The house was very clean, and the floor plan was ideal for a large family. We enjoyed the extra large dining table, cooking in the spacious kitchen, the spacious great room and screened porch. The upstairs master was a quiet retreat from the grandkids downstairs. It's a great floor plan.

This beach house is so beautiful. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped, with exception of a cutting board lol. If you're like me and pack every kitchen item because of unequipped kitchens you can skip it. At the time of my stay, there was a blender, water filtration system (both in fridge Brita and under island sink which was a huge win), Keurig, coffee pot, toaster oven, and really nice cookware and knives. Including large and small pots/pans. The upstairs has a sound machine which comes in handy since downstairs noise echoes a little. Bring an eye mask for upstairs if you're sensitive as there's a large window that lets light in. The master bathroom is amazing. This is probably the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in to date. Loved the spaciousness of it and the outdoor area that the kids utilized to play. This is close to the pool/hot tub and about a 10 min walk to the beach. We had a great family vacation in this condo! The home was just as described. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for our 3 individual families to have our own designated rooms and bathrooms. The walk to the beach is closer to 10 minutes. We were very thankful for the included beach setup as well as the extra beach chairs provided in the condo. Be prepared to bring or purchase/rent a beach wagon-it makes the walk so much easier! The place was beautiful! It look exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. The community was very peaceful and quiet. Only Cons were they only provided one trash bag and the trash can on the side of the house was still full of the previous guest’s trash which made it difficult to dispose of all our trash prior to checking out. Other than that I will definitely continue to book this place whenever I’m visiting Destin.- Posted: 7/30/2023
