Great location with an easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. We didn't use amenities but the pool across parking lot liked fine, although in the middle of the parking lot. The apartment is exactly as pictured and the management company was very communicative and available. The living room furniture is not especially comfortable and only one person has a place to put their feet up. The blinds are tricky to work - an update on those would be a definite plus. The kitchen was great for our basic needs. I'm sure you could cook a full meal but we mostly just used for breakfast and lunch. The bathrooms were nice - we loved having 3 - 1 for each bedroom! My only issue is the height of the sinks in the bathroom. Most women will find it messy to wash your face because the sink bowls are so high on the tall cabinets. Even my husband who is 6 feet tall would rather they were lower. Doesn't kill the trip, but worth mentioning because it was a nuisance for me to struggle (I'm 5'4").- Posted: 1/2/2025

We loved our stay at this property. The pool is right across the street, which was great with kids. We love the easy access to the beach over the boardwalk. We got to watch fireworks for the 4th laying in our bed and looking out! We had one AC hiccup when we arrived, but they took care of it within a few hours. No further issues. This condo does have another below it, and the new flooring is pretty loud (even on our own first floor). Keep in mind when bringing kids or pets. This place was amazing! I could not have found a better place close enough to the beach and far away enough to be away from the crowd. The location was beautiful and had a private feel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and right across from a pool. And minutes away from all the good food, shopping and more Was only provided 2 garbage bags, there was no dish rag to wash dishes, there was no salt and pepper, and the coffee maker was difficult to figure out.- Posted: 6/23/2024

This was an absolutely beautiful rental. Perfect location, spacious interior, everything we needed. Pictures don’t do this one justice. The two screened in porches were one of my favorite features! Condo was outstanding and beautiful! We came to attend the moon crush music festival and we were perfectly located to walk to the beach during the day and to the concert each evening.

Everything Top Notch
Everything was great about our stay from the beginning to the end. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we need along with really good appliances. The place was clean from top to bottom and we had plenty of things to get us started for the week as far as toiletries go. The location was as great as it could be. Our family so enjoyed our time at the beach and this lovely home only added to our comfort. Great location - very quiet and peaceful location. The home was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen necessities. We enjoyed time on the screened porches. The 3 bedrooms (all with private baths) gave our family the space we needed. Amazing Location
Booking was super easy and fast! The location is amazing because it’s walking distance from the beach. There are restaurants and little shops all up and down the main road. The property itself has great outdoor sitting spaces both upstairs and down. Would definitely book again.- Posted: 6/19/2021

Very nice property and as advertised. Note that for longer stays, guests should plan on acquiring extra trash bags and toilet paper as only "starter" supplies are available. I'd recommend adding beach towel availability. That amenity would have been really nice to have had vs. bringing them with us from home.- Posted: 3/22/2021

We are happy that this very nice property met your expectations. Yes, housekeeping leaves only a certain amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. Guests must supply their own additional supplies.
