This spacious townhome is located in a pristine development on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bunk areas, 3 baths and sleeps up to 6 guests per HOA. You will find the living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both with ensuite baths. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, twin bunkbed, and twin pullout couch. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and separate nook with a twin over full bunkbed. The luxurious interior, quiet patio overlooking the lake, and resort amenities will make your stay special. Enjoy being on the lake at Shoreline Towers and just a short walk to the sugar white beaches and emerald waters. Great stay and beautiful townhome, I love that it was gated with onsite security. The only negative thing was the a/c. I’m more of a hot natured person. Ac unit seemed outdated and didn’t cool down as I would’ve liked it to be.- Posted: 3/23/2025

My part of 9 enjoyed this stay. There’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and sleep. The place was tidy and well kept. The pool is nearby and the beach entrance is very close and convenient. Fortunately we didn’t experience any issues during our 3 night stay but they provided all the contact info in the event that we needed them. My family had a great experience and overall loved the area we stayed in. We went towards the end of August so it wasn’t too crowded and the beach was beautiful. The access to the beach was walking distance to the airbnb. It was relaxing and my husband loved fishing at the pond behind us. It fit my family of 11 perfectly!!

The condo was perfect for our group! The three bathrooms and many beds gave us plenty of room for the entire stay. I do wish the check in process was a little smoother as the security office didn’t have our names and it was a little confusing on where to go. This Townhouse was everything that any visitor would love. There were 9 “girls from 16 -69 years “young” that stayed in comfy beds for everyone. The great room was open and airy with 20 ft ceilings and window panels letting in the light that made it perfect. Decor was very charming and elegant but lots of seating in a comfy L shape ! Close to so many good foodie places and the beach was beautiful event though it was cold. Can’t wait to book again ?- Posted: 11/7/2021
